    I love quick fast pace no stop workouts especially first thing in the morning. Gets you ready to take on the day!

      Nice, I've started hitting circuits x5 of 1 k row- C&J's- Pull ups- Bench- start the day right.

    I can hear MGMT playing in the background during the warmup and workout. Definitely did NOT imagine Josh listening to them. I’m pleased.

    Absolutely love this workout! Watched the video and I HAD to get after this one today! Kept the echo bike around 620ish watts and never stopped on the get overs. 4:40 was my time and that killed my quads and lungs! Good shit JB! #payhim

    I’m a few years younger than you but just had back surgery, the doctor recommends to protect myself from future injuries. I should not only strengthen my core but be flexible too. What would you recommend for exercises to strengthen core?

      Toes to bar, overhead squats, deadlifts, front squats, planks
