Absolutely love this workout! Watched the video and I HAD to get after this one today! Kept the echo bike around 620ish watts and never stopped on the get overs. 4:40 was my time and that killed my quads and lungs! Good shit JB! #payhim
I’m a few years younger than you but just had back surgery, the doctor recommends to protect myself from future injuries. I should not only strengthen my core but be flexible too. What would you recommend for exercises to strengthen core?
