This movie was actually really important to me. I came out as bi a while ago but mum wasn't really supportive. After seeing this movie tho, she gave me a hug and... it was just amazing and we ended up crying lol. Also your hair looks *chefs kiss*

@@Tuxxxido she does, if i remember correctly. in the winner takes it all she really shows off her voice, similar to its not about me, plus you also hear the softer side of her voice and the control she has over her voice in slippin through my fingers. plus theres money money money, which is also a really hard song in my opinion and she sings it really well. granted, i am no voice teacher or music expert in any way, and maybe i am a little biased because i grew up with the movie, but she sings so well during it.

I have been trying to recommend Reinaeiry because I am pretty sure she will be speechless when she finally gets around to listening to her songs. You should check her out, too, if you've never heard of her, her voice is so PRETTY!!! She just uploaded a cover of "My Jolly Sailor Bold...but it's gay" She also does a lot of fan songs, like It's You, It's Me, It's Us about The Haunting of Bly Manor, and She-Ra, and Avatar the Last Airbender. She just sound so fantastic and somehow she gets better with each song! I have had her songs on repeat while I work for...like...a week ;P I hope you like her music!

@@Star-ou5gq So I had gone through the comment section of Reinaeiry's new song, which is "a cover of My Jolly Sailor Bold...but it's gay" So I was totally prepared to start listening to the song again, but then *POP* HANNAH BAYLES! Also. Please be at least one person who looks Reinaeiry up! I put links! Or you can just listen to all of her songs and we can tag team in awkward annoyance until Hannah finally reacts to her songs. But you really should read THAT comment section, it is pretty funny! (Though, I may be biased, since I did do my best to be funny...Not sure if that was a success.) I just really want her to hear Reinaeiry and then say " *It's...majestic...* " in a She-Ra and the Princesses of Power parody of Adora when she finds Swiftwind (first episode of the show on Netflix, if you haven't seen it. I know you have Netflix and that you are okay with LGBQT content because...well, you are *here*. Now, if you have NOT heard of Reinaeiry or She-Ra, I can only see 3 ways out of this comment thread:
1) You look up Reinaeiry, fall in voice love, binge listen everything for weeks, become obsessed with She-Ra songs, check out She-Ra, cry, re-binge all Reinaeiry songs and all the while, continue to ask Hannah Bayles to react to her music.
2) You check out She-Ra, cry, look up Reinaeiry songs, all the while, continuing to ask Hannah Bayles to react to her music or
3) ignore the crazy ramblings of this weirdo, but wonder for years about what the dork side holds and when your children are looking through Netflix, you see She-Ra and are reminded of this seemingly inane paragraph, watch it with your children, cry, buy tickets to Reinaeiry's live concert and/or Broadway interpretation of She-Ra that she has been touring with for 5 years and you never took the chance to even listen to her songs to know if she were cool or not and then you see that Hannah Bayles' kid is now hosting this site with her and they have *still* not checked out Reinaeiry and you comment and start recommending Reinaeiry's songs.
Any way you look at it, you either came into this knowing about Reinaeiry and She-Ra or you are leaving here being VERY CURIOUS as to why I have been recommending her so much. Careful, though! (She really is a siren!)

I’d reeaaalllllyyyy like to see you react to some of the songs from the show “Violetta”. It’s originally in Spanish, so preferebly the original Spanish songs since they give an idea of the actors voices. Some of my favourites are:
- “Veo veo”
- “Si es por amor”
- “Are you ready for the ride”
- “Ser mejor”
- “Vieni e canta” which is one of the few original songs that’s in Italian (since the cast includes three Italian actors)
- And above them ALL: “Encender nuestra luz” which I just love, love, LOVE. Such a happy song😂

A guy I just started dating showed me Prom, and it was the most healing thing.
I love it so much. It helped me feel more solid in my sexuality and gender identity.
The themes about not having accepting family hit insanely hard, and I definitely cried pretty hard during multiple parts.

i love the prom so much. It is the first musical I saw where there were out and proud lesbians. I’ve been out and proud for almost a year now. “unruly heart” never fails to make me cry. It’s such a wonderful portrayal of the feelings we feel. My town is very homophobic and republican so I’ve always been afraid to be myself. I truly relate to Emma (the main character). Thank you for making this video! I truly love this show so much

Hi, I have a few recommendations for songs:
You should listen to "Skin" by Sabrina Carpenter, "Lies, Lies, Lies" by Joshua Bassett, and "A Matter Of Time" By Joshua Basset.
Here's why:
"Skin" by Sabrina Carpenter isn't only about how well she sings, it was a song by her to respond to Olivia Rodrigo's "Driver's License". In "Driver's License", you might have heard the lyric "You're probably with that blonde girl"
That's about Sabrina and Joshua. (Joshua is the guy in HSMTMTS)
The songs "Skin", "Lies, Lies, Lies", and "A Matter Of Time" are a response to "Driver's License".
That's why and the songs I recommend.

I'm really happy that this story is getting more recognition since the movie came out, when I would talk about the musical before this winter, no one understood what I was talking about. I also got Death becomes her vibes while watching the Prom, glad I wasn't the only one! I love musicals so much and it's a joy to see someone else just smiling about it all the time the way I do. I already loved Meryl in the movie version of Into The Woods, James was in it as well and Emily Blunt's voice was a gem I wasn't expecting. But as much as I loved Meryl as the witch, I felt like she really took her singing up to the next level once again in The Prom. I'm so happy you're reacting to this!!
