I have a very large navicular bone on both feet. Like it sticks out further than my ankle bones. I have also been told that I have TTS and subsequent nerve damage in my heels. I have wondered how much that navicular syndrome might play in. I now wear good shoes and orthotics daily and that has helped immensely. I just worry that I will have major issues in the future if I keep semi-ignoring the problem.

How did they evaluate nerve damage? I have them since childhood, some doctor years ago said it’s nothing and I never went back. But it’s starting to be an issue again.
