yup, im in a boot right now for 2-3 months to see if we can calm my tendon then will watch your videos on PT work on it if heals. thank you for explaining it better than my doctor. glad he's recommending the same as you.
Exactly what I've been dealing with! Suffered for a year, it eased up with an insert, until I broke my opposite ankle to smithereens, major surgery. When I had to rely solely on that fragile side it flared up again. Now I have this problem in both ankles. I'm a nurse too on my feet all the time. I'm looking for exercises to improve function without causing further damage.
I have been diagnosed with plantar fictitious, and Achilles tendonitis and none of that matched my symptoms. I watched your video and my foot is doing the same as hers. callused toe and the pain is close to the same area, just not going down my foot. More localized in one area. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for this video! I am finally being treated for this by an orthopedist. In my 10th month of pain during walking which I have always done a lot of . Now my crazy gait has caused my other knee to also be very painful.i use orthotics in my shoes and never go barefoot even in the house anymore I finally rested and iced my foot every day for the past 3 weeks. Riding a stationary bike now for exercise. Still painful if I walk , even painful riding my horse using stirrups. Next week’s appointment will get an ankle brace.
I have beaten posterior tibial tendonitis in 9 months! Read closely I am writing this because I would have died for someone to tell me this information when this first started when I though there was no way out. Now through all of these steps make sure to take Moringa, turmeric ,ginger and cocoa which are highly recommended for beating the inflammation (make sure to check with your doctor first to make sure these are safe for you to take 1st) and take collagen 1 and 3 preferably from green lakes or native path as well as tendoforte collagen from salt wrap or sparkling wellness which is a little cheaper. Now I was in agonzing pain with both ankles every time I would walk it literally felt like someone was shoving a staple through my tendon so it may depend on the amount of damage done with the time lapse needed on each step but I can only personally share my experience and if I would have done this the right way I probably could have healed a lot faster so here we go. Step 1. Relax your ankle for the first month to two always walk with a brace never unsupported as well as a shoe with a good orthotic always ( orthofeet reccomended) and ice to bring down infllammation I just shoved my foot in an ice bucket but any way is possible to help bring down the inflammation when walking supported gets noticeably easier its time for step 2.Step 2. once the inflammation stage starts to get better this is when stretching, rolling your legs and foot as well as taking longer walks comes into play but still always supported by an ankle brace or something just to keep you arch supported so the tendon can heal but take on a little pressure from the walking. Step 3. this should be at the 3 to 4th month time lapse once you are a professional at walking now comes strengthening a little bit more intensily with calf raises only off the ground I started with 5 the first day 10 the next until I finally made it to one hundred with out a problem from here you should be 65% improved if on any of these steps you do feel pain stop right away and go back to the earlier step you are not ready. Healing for me was a two feet ahead one step back process so be careful keep stretching and monitoring yourself. Step 4. Now when calf raises get easy start to use lotion and give your tendon a deep massage to tear up the tissue I would recommend watching a video on this first then as soon as soon as you are done walking or calf raises need to be done because the whole idea is that you are breaking up the scar tissue with the massage and realigning it with the exercise. Also start to motion your foot in a circle 5 times each way to improve mobility. By now you should be on month six and 85% better now its time for the final step. Step 5. Now at this point you should be more able to walk with out a cast unsupported not is when I started using the theraband I would point my calf down with the band on the ball of my foot and pull it in start with the weakest band start 5 then next day ten and until you can hit twenty then fifty by now you should be at almost 100%. Things to not do do not use n said cream I did this and luckily stopped and found out later it actually weakens the tendon long run. If your foot starts breaking down like all the tendons in my foot did stretch and stick in a bucket of ice every night eventually won't have to but from steps 2 to 4 this was a nightly ritual. Subliminal and mprphic fields may help speed up the process as well I definitely recommend sapien medicine for the fields. Like I said this can be done in a good amount of time if done right. Any question feel free to ask Good luck!
Hi, I’m suffering from PTT from 4 months but because of my Vacation it prolonged a lot. So, I’m having accessory navicular bone stage 2, so, can we start jogging after I recover or I better do some other cardio ? Because I’m having this issue 3rd time since 3 years as I started jogging. What’s your recommendation?
I've been nursing this injury for a while. As a long distance runner, the marathon, my daily traiining runs are in the 5-7mi. range. So after injury I stopped running until the pain went away., which has taken way longer than expecrted. I have been extremely cautious about returning to running. As an NASM CPT I have the knowledge for things like rehab and as I have been returning to running, which started with walk a half mile, then run a half mile.. at more of a "double time" march pace (yes I'm a vet). I chose that pace just to reintroduce my body to the stimulus that running brings to the body. I notice during thee run just a little pain, on a scale of 1 to 10, a 1. Once I start feeling that, I would adjust my foot mechancis during the run, be it how I lean into it, or the extension of the leg for my stride. I really listen to the bio feedback my body gives. I did that run 3x a week, every other day, and now i'm up to running the whole mile at the same pace for 3x a week. I monitor tenderness after and the following day. The only time I really feel pain is when I first wake up. So my quesion is... why after sleeping for 8hrs, is that tendon stiff first thing? I Notice that while laying on my back and raising my knee so my foot is flat on the bed, that if I let it rest there for maybe 30sec. the pain goes away. I am just wondering if that pain is stiffness, and if so, will that eventurally go away, or just be something I need to live with? Thank you for reading my long post and question.
Just got over a bout of this PTT. Took 6 months with the lace up brace, walking with a cane, orthotics, physical therapy, and rest. Very very painful…still walk with a slight limp…but generally doing much better. The pain was nonstop for months. Do not neglect early medical intervention. It doesn’t go away without proper medical treatment.
I think this is exactly what I’m dealing with. At first the bottom of my heel was hurting for awhile but then it went away and now my ankle is hurting in the same place as hers
I’ve been living with ankle pain for 15 years. I sprained my ankle when I was young, and my parents never too me to the hospital for it. I got an X-ray when I was a teenager but of course it didn’t show anything. So I just dealt with the pain, now I work construction and the pain has significantly gotten worse, standing all day and walking is uncomfortable.
Ugh, I had that in my right foot back in 2018. Every time I took a step, it felt like an ice pick was being swabbed through the area between the Achilles tendon and the ankle. HORRIBLE pain! My heart goes out to this woman, as I know just exactly what she's going through...
@@imanblasini1970 Custom orthotics placed into a neutral-sole shoe, along with an AirCast Figure 8 ankle brace, along with copious NSAIDs and extremely limited weight-bearing ambulation x 3 months helped. It still can be problematic and painful with overuse, but its not even remotely close to how bad it was at it's worst...
My flat foot lead to what I think is an extensor retinacular tear (based on your video). The doc prescribed PT. The tiptoe exercises prescribed have made it worse.
My PTT was injured when I wore high heeled boots to an event and forgot my spenco arch supports inserts. Now it has become an ongoing problem, 3 years later... I'm going to try all these ideas now that I have a diagnosis.
Thank you so much for this video and explanation!!! This is exactly what I’m experiencing. Are there certain movements or exercises I should definitely not do while I’m trying to heal? I
I kicking a soccer ball and hit an opponent's foot now i feel pain on the inside part of the ankle. It has failed to heal. I play after a week or two but with minimum pain. Now i stepped badly and reinjured it.
@@brandonthomas9934 Ive dealt with Plantor Fascia for 13yrs. Ive corrected it some with mental work and different walking but i just started up aggressive inline skating again and this started to happen. Sucks! Its only bad after skating. Takes a day or 2 to go away. Hurts bad to bend your foot upward and pain feels inside your ankle and under the inside ankle bone it hurts to push on.
I’m dealing with this now. Super sad because I don’t think I’ll ever be able to run the long distances I want to again. Just started using orthotics so we’ll see how it goes. Thanks for the helpful video.
I suddenly have this discomfort very painful I believe it happend from my weight and being on my feet all day wearing marshmallow style soles on rubber shoes and wearing fabric shoes with rubber soft soles.. I believe the lack of support on the ankle stressed the connecting tissue I've suffered with this 6 months now I threw away the damn shoes and already wearing hard soles shoes has made an improvement plus walking therapy
I am having this condition right now. It developed the day after an aerobics session in which i did a lot of star jumps but didn't really twist or injure my foot. And now im nursing this pain. My ortho doc has asked me to switch to some other form of exercise until this settles. Ive also been advised to use medial arch support. I bought a wearable one which i can use with any type of shoe. Next is icing. Okay, im doing all this and it has made NO difference to the pain. 😢 Besides the ankle joint is also very painful
Very helpful video, thanks! I think I injured my Posterior tibial tendon when I got hit near the navicular with a hockey puck. Can that typically damage the PTT?
I very much believe in chiropractor care! I’ve been on my feet a lot working in HealthCare for quite a few years. I’ve never really had any problems with my feet. While seeing a chiropractor for just routine care, I was in a car wreck with no known injuries. At the chiropractors office I mainly used the table that rolls on your back. I ended up with drop foot, leg and lower back problems. With physical therapy and some chiropractor care drop foot is almost non-existent. The shin area of my leg and my ankle become very dull and aching at times. Theres also deep aching in the side of my knee of the same leg at times. Any advice?
@@kuldeeprane9144 I used a roller to massage the tendons at least twice a day. Also found that my calf muscles were very tight, so I massaged them too. The cause was me stepping down out of my lifted truck.
Thank you for this. Although mr doctor tried to explain it, he wasn’t as thorough and I didn’t understand why the boot. Now I wonder why he wouldn’t try the lace up when I telos him I deal with stairs all day long.
I have been diagnosed with exact same problem PF & TPT in my right foot. Doc put conservative treatments, physiotherapy, orthotics on the table. I decided to start off with local anesthetic but it gave me nothing but more pain...
Orthotics are very reasonable. If it is really bad I also like to use a lace up brace with figure 8 straps and I pull up more on the inner strap to support the arch better.
How can I tell the difference between Posterior Tibial Tendinopathy or tarsal tunnel syndrome? I get my pain right in the area that curves around the inner malleolus (I don’t have pain in leg or foot). My pain comes from walking/standing. I can do most of the physio exercises I’ve found online without pain (toe raises, heel raises, etc) - the one that causes the pain is when you have to turn your ankle inwards
@@OrthoEvalPal would you say they can be misdagnosed often as plantar fasciitis often? I have been having foot pain for 2 years. multiple podiatrists diagnosed it as plantar. One diagnosed it as "flexible flat foot". So recently I got a PRP injection for one foot. Then as I was doing my physiotherapy for the recovery of the PRP, my physiotherapist thinks I have been misdiagnosed and its actually Post Tib Tendinopathy. Ever since then and following his regiment for that and taping for it, I have felt relief for the first time in 2 years. Also looking at my foot, I have the same sort of callus on my big toe like your patient here and its only like that on my bad foot.
I think I have the same problem on my right inside ankle. Sensitive to touch I do have my big toe feels rubbed on like calais. Any exercise tip and can I find something in store for it? Or should I just go see a doctor ? Thank you! I enjoyed your video and liked it.
After an ankle sprain, I developed similar pain on the interior on my ankle. Doctors tell me there is nothing, but it is getting really painful, and sharp, and happens when I walk. Any tip on how I can redirect the doctors to this?
When it first starts… what is a healthy timeline… past month I’ve increased my workout… Yet wondering if others have noticed any connections to feelings of moving forward? Year metaphysical stuff?
This was very informative. In addition to an orthotic, do you recommend motion control shoes or stability shoes for PTT? I'm currently wearing Orthofeet sneakers but I don't know if they have enough support. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!
What's the long game plan here? Is she expected to wear that brace and/or custom orthotic shoe insert for life, all day, every day? Is this for an amount if time until everything calms down? Does she need to do any specific physical therapy exercises to strengthen her arch and other things in order to walk without the brace/orthotic one day?
@@OrthoEvalPal well I'm not it's been 2 years. The sudden trauma happened in jun 2018. I nvr saw a dr until much later. Why does it still hurt? I know nothing is torn or broken as x rays confirm tht and I can walk no problems, put weight on it no problems. Why does it still hurt? Is it scar tissue? Do I need to set it in a cast for 6 weeks. Do I need to exercise it to strengthen it tho the pain doesbt feel like soreness but dont do this type pain
I’m definitely overpronating my left foot more than my right, but I’m wondering if this could be causing intense burning in my calves when going for my daily walk? Like to the point I have to stop and rest every few minutes. Once I’m for walking there’s no more burning. The next day I’ll be a little sore in my calves but not that awful burning sensation.
Could you please help me? I am in a lot of pain for a month now, have swelling in the navicular area especially, but also the whole foot is swollen and feels strange. I was told, I have tenosynovitis. There is also bursitis on the hip and extremely sore tendons and glutes. I have difficulty moving the whole leg. What should I do to recover quickly and how long does it take to recover in a middle aged person, normal weight, with ankylosing spondylitis? How do I get rid of the swelling? How do you use the cam boot and does it really help? Would I ever get better?...
My pain is only on the left foot. But it's right on the side smack in the middle. About two robbery lengths up from where you are. I can't figure out what it is or where it's coming from. It burns only in that central spot.
Hi ...U explained it very well ...I never understood why I m having pain in posterior region of my ankle ....N it exaggerate when I walk or run.... Is there any exercise to relive strain on d same??
I'm a 25 year old girl that has played sports almost all my life and in the past year I sprained my right ankle while playing soccer. I did physical therapy for three weeks and then played a soccer game while it was still bruised. I never rested, ran miles after miles for 7 months until I could not walk anymore. Because I put more weight on my left leg, now both feet are hurting. From what I feel, it feels like I have messed up my nerves on both feet. I took an X-RAY and everything came back normal. I took an MRI and it shows my posterior tibial tendon is abnormal. I have been doing exercises for the nerves, but I notice that the tendon gets irritated when I do those exercises, and when I do exercises for the tendon, my nerves act up. I've been dealing with this pain for a year and six months. Im afraid I'm not doing the correct exercises or going in the right steps. I'm not sure to focus on the nerves first or the tendon or both at the same time or what exercises to do first for each problem. I've been to several doctors and I haven't gotten the help I need. What can I do?
Hello doc, it’s been 5.5 weeks since my grade 2 sprain, last 2 weeks I ve been working on my range of motions by light exercises and the range is 85%, I also started walking in a brace recently but I feel pain on the inside of the foot, although I twisted my leg outwards. My question is - wtf is this? Why it hurts on the inside if it’s not there the injury was? Can it be just the fact that my ligaments lost their “mobility” in my 1 month of resting and now that I walk, I just “overwork” them? Like they are not in shape and that’s why it hurts. What should I do? Just continue walking and it will go always by itself? Since by all predictions I should be fine after that time, my x-ray is clean. I’m 19
Sprained my ancle, had pain on the outside. Once sprain washealed I noticed pain on the inside. had it for 9 months despite rehab.. this shit will stay for a bit if its the same as I've got
@@RedRumble14 I’m in the same exact situation I think man. I’m also 19 too lol. Sorry if that sounds weird but I was looking at your comments on other videos too. But did you have swelling still around the lateral malleolus after all the other swelling went down. The swelling there for me right now is harder than the swelling of my whole foot. And I feel like my mobility has decreased even though the swelling has gotten significantly better around my whole foot. Give me any info on your sprain like the first 2 weeks of it too, I would greatly appreciate it.
@@Boof.1 the swelling can still be present on the injured spot for up to 4 moths. Mine decreased dramatically in first week, but never gone away a fully. It takes time. As far as mobility - do light exercises if u feel comfortable. I started with pointing my foot forward and back, then to the sides. Then slowly go to calf ups. And the key to recovery for me was light stretches! Now it’s been almost 3 months and I walk normally but still feel minor pain every day, I can’t run fast yet, but it’s gonna be better with time. My point is - once the initial inflammation is gone, start doing light exercises( but they shouldn’t cause any pain) then start walking and doing other exercises. In my case I rested for 1 month which perhaps was too much and resulted into my foot loosing its condition so I had to gradually increase the load and fight fatigue If you have grade 1-2 sprain, u will feel better soon, I remember myself checking peoples stories about this injury in the comments and thinking that my case is bad and I won’t recover, yet it all became ok soon. I’d say u should be able to walk after 4-6 weeks in case of grade 2. But in the very early stage u better immobilise the ankle and don’t put any pressure on it so it heals faster
@@RedRumble14 bro, thank you so much. I have been looking for comments of similar situations and overreacting. I’m like 2 weeks in so I’m just now being able to start all my rehabilitation, appreciate you. I did make the mistake of walking like the 3rd day and paid for that the next morning 😆. Thanks again!
Practical question: what are the best shoes which truly house orthotics? I have orthotics but most shoes I buy don't have room for the orthotic. Also, best recommended sandals? I always have issues in summer!

Ive had 3 flare ups since August. Old injury. In HS 50 yrs ago. I cannot put weight at all as very painful. Inner ankle swollen like an egg. I have prosthetic and a strappy brace which is not very supportive. The boot is the only thing that supports until better. Any advice. I go back to specialist in 1 month.
I have the exact same pain as your patient in your video,I've seen a podiatrist and got custom orthotics ,I've had them for a yr now and my foot is still hurting. In fact its getting worse. I have used sports tape in the past and it worked great but it's a bit tricky for me to apply myself. Where can I get one of those lace up braces?
I hurt my feet 3 times already I have hurt the outside now the inside ughh I have more or less what she has, I bought the tape and it helps me, but what is the best way to wrap it? Can you make a vid of how to do it? Thanks!
For me helped a lot video in YT: “4 ways to prevent and treat posterior tibial tendon disfunction” bf I had pain 6 months now started to get better 🤞🏽 for you all
i have had this (i think) for about 3 years now. Tried immoblisation, exercises, orthotics, had mri and ultrasounds etc but no success. Had blood tests too. Gone through around 5 doctors/physiotherapists/podiatrists but each one ends in failure and they don't know what is wrong and what else to do with me. I am age 23!!!
I have been visiting the physiotherapist for 2 years now. Started with tingling and pain on my back right down to my legs. Then I developed some bubble like (nerve or muscle knot sorta) on my back. Towards the end of last year I got a pain in my ankle and my xray shows an extra navicular bone. The pain is from my shoulder (back right side) down to my feet. There is also a knot like in this region. It’s not that painful but more umm... numb, uncomfortable. I went to an orthopedist. He told me it’s fibromyalgia and prescribed me some medicine. Didn’t help me at all. I’m not convinced with the diagnosis. It causes more trouble if i lie down too much. What would your diagnosis be ??
I have been wearing an Aircast boot for 4 weeks. I was told I can try going without it starting tomorrow. I need to get orthotics but haven't gotten them yet. I also have flat feet. I am thinking I should maybe wear a brace until I get my orthotics? Is that common practice?
Is it possible to have sharp pain from tendonitis only in my forefoot? The pain feels like being stabbed with a needle somewhere between the first and third metatarsals, I cannot walk and it’s swollen after 24 hours of pain (no pain on the top of my foot, and it’s very tender, taking off a loose sock triggers it)
I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago. It still hurts not terribly but bone feels bruised.Especially at night, I woke up several times last night, should I get it looked at or does it take time to heal?
Hi doc everytime my son is playing basketball that area of his feet is always swelling and in pain..is there something i can do about it to comfort his pain..
Thanks for the video. Going through this for last 3 months. I m scared after reading that people are living with it for few years. What kind of injection did u mention? Is there a solution to it other than constantly managing it and fearing it? I m a runner, my life is on hold because of this. Please reply.
You should definitely meet with an orthopedic foot specialist Rupali. There are all kinds of options for treating this, but the most important thing is getting a proper diagnosis.

After 9 years of pulls creams shots xrays etc I have finally found the probable cause to why I've been in constant pain. Wow. Thank you doctor.
This has been me for over a year!
I learn a lot from your videos! Thank you very much Paul!
Thanks Taha! There is more to come.
I m having the same pain since around a month. I m into running and the problem aggravates every time I try to run.
Omg that's the pain I'm having right now 😭😢
I said this same thing. Lol does it feel like a ankle sprain? Below the ankle but above the heel?
@@brandonthomas9934 Ive dealt with Plantor Fascia for 13yrs. Ive corrected it some with mental work and different walking but i just started up aggressive inline skating again and this started to happen. Sucks! Its only bad after skating. Takes a day or 2 to go away. Hurts bad to bend your foot upward and pain feels inside your ankle and under the inside ankle bone it hurts to push on.
Me too. Just went to doctor today n he prescribe predisone I believe. Hope it works.
Me too 😢😢😢
Me too
I’m dealing with this now. Super sad because I don’t think I’ll ever be able to run the long distances I want to again. Just started using orthotics so we’ll see how it goes. Thanks for the helpful video.
These are difficult to treat Melinda. Be patient, seek out a good Orthopedic doctor and therapist. These do and can get better.
Any improvement Melinda? I am an endurance runner suffering the same reality as you.
Thanks again for the video. Where can I get the smaller brace?
Can that typically damage the PTT?
yea it would inflame it and youd feel it rubbong and pulling on stuff in your ankle foot
I've been having muscle spasms (horrible), bilateral when I stretch my feet. The spasm is in the instep, arch. It last for a bit and is very painful.
Wow, thats exactly what im dealing with right now 😢😢
THANK YOU!! I have struggled for years. I know what to do now 😊
I very much believe in chiropractor care! Any advice?
This fits me the past few years. Onetime that I do yoga and have metatarsals on floor. What are ideas to reduce that pain.
That's describes exactly what I have going on. Thanks
You're very welcome
How did you cured that bro, please answer me.
Because he want you to come back multiple times so he can keep billing
With wearing a lace up brace, can this condition repair itself? If so, about how long does it take?
Started midfoot walking few days ago, same issue, thanks!
Hi Piyush, These can be difficult to treat. Make sure you have the right diagnosis.
Also looking at my foot, I have the same sort of callus on my big toe like your patient here and its only like that on my bad foot.
i have pain right in front of where he was pointing to. any ideas as to what it is??
I think I have the same problem on my right inside ankle. Sensitive to touch I do have my big toe feels rubbed on like calais. Any exercise tip and can I find something in store for it? Or should I just go see a doctor ? Thank you! I enjoyed your video and liked it.
Exactly what I have ,it started yesterday when I woke up...I feel cry for the pain I have...😭😭😭
Thanks for the video. This is helpful
After an ankle sprain, I developed similar pain on the interior on my ankle. Doctors tell me there is nothing, but it is getting really painful, and sharp, and happens when I walk. Any tip on how I can redirect the doctors to this?
When it first starts… what is a healthy timeline… past month I’ve increased my workout…
Yet wondering if others have noticed any connections to feelings of moving forward?
Hi. How long should I wait to star working out or make spinning? I am desperate !! please Help me.
Mine came on immediately. The mechanism of injury was I jumped in the air and turned my feet inward and did not land properly.
Hi Michael, I hope you feel better soon.
What are injections called ? Can a surgery be done ?
This is my pain!!!!
My pain is only on the left foot. But it's right on the side smack in the middle. About two robbery lengths up from where you are. I can't figure out what it is or where it's coming from. It burns only in that central spot.
sounds like the same as me after a brutal sprain, and a year of treatment im waiting mri
Can this occur after a sprained ankle? Is it best to get an MRI first to rule out a torn ligament?
I wonder (having the same problem) Is it not more important to develop muscles around the ankle ?
Hi ...U explained it very well ...I never understood why I m having pain in posterior region of my ankle ....N it exaggerate when I walk or run....
Is there any exercise to relive strain on d same??
Hard to give specific exercises without a full evaluation. I usually give some of these th-cam.com/video/b4yfxD55ImM/w-d-xo.html
Having Evans procedure surgery in 2 weeks. The other foot is doing the same thing now so eventually going to need to do both feet.
What surgery
Did the Evan's procedure help you? Is their any side effects like taller on one side or uncomfortable with new arch foot etc.
Have you figured anything out yet? I also hurt my ankle playing soccer and seems to never heal up.
Do u recommend doing exercise with my shoe and orthotics on or go barefoot?
@@oJackOfSpades man my pain on the inside went away in 2 weeks. The key is - stretches! And do warm ups with rolls and massage ball - whole leg!!
In my case I rested for 1 month which perhaps was too much and resulted into my foot loosing its condition so I had to gradually increase the load and fight fatigue
If you have grade 1-2 sprain, u will feel better soon, I remember myself checking peoples stories about this injury in the comments and thinking that my case is bad and I won’t recover, yet it all became ok soon.

Hi I wanted to know what kind of injection. Numbness ?
I'm in pain my toes want to break itap my ankle and my pain is a 9 it's starting to happen to my left foot too
Yup same here, feel like wanting to hammer my left ankle. The ankle is arrrgghhh achy.

Is it possible to have sharp pain from tendonitis only in my forefoot? The pain feels like being stabbed with a needle somewhere between the first and third metatarsals, I cannot walk and it’s swollen after 24 hours of pain (no pain on the top of my foot, and it’s very tender, taking off a loose sock triggers it)
I’m dealing with this now and I really think it’s from wearing crocs
I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago. It still hurts not terribly but bone feels bruised.Especially at night, I woke up several times last night, should I get it looked at or does it take time to heal?
What lace up brace do you recommend for this condition?
What kind of orthotics are best. My arch is just like hers but worst because I am older and heavier. Any suggestions about shoes, comfortable shoes?
Can the ankle brace be used long-term? Even after wearing the orthodics? Thanks in advance.
what if my both navicular tuberosity hurts whenever i try to play basketball. Was it something to do with my shoes?
Hi doc everytime my son is playing basketball that area of his feet is always swelling and in pain..is there something i can do about it to comfort his pain..
Why do you hesitate on an injection? Are they not good for the pain? Do they cause future problems?
Weight bearing tendons that work a little harder can be affected and at higher risk of rupture.
Ru physiotherapist or orthopaedic, m having same pain now whom shall I visit
Thanks for the video. Going through this for last 3 months. I m scared after reading that people are living with it for few years.
What kind of injection did u mention? Is there a solution to it other than constantly managing it and fearing it? I m a runner, my life is on hold because of this. Please reply.
You should definitely meet with an orthopedic foot specialist Rupali. There are all kinds of options for treating this, but the most important thing is getting a proper diagnosis.
I know this is an old vid I hope you still get comments. Quick version the bottom of my left foot went numb (felt like standing on a wet rag). Doc said must be my back. 8 appointments later and 6 months no resolution. Now my arch feels like it is burning. Any ideas
