    Understanding that every body has its own unique needs, what is the typical frequency for the exercises? Once a day? Twice a day? Every other day?

      Good question and you are correct, everyone is a bit different but if well tolerated, start with once a day and see how they go!

    I tweaked my adductor yesterday during my squat. I did some warm up stretches then did two warm up sets with the bar 45lbs, two with 95lbs and felt fine for both. Then I went into my actual sets with 155lbs and towards the end of my 10 reps my adductor felt off. I was still able to complete two more sets of 10 with 135lbs. I can just feel the strain when I stand up of the ground.
    I did some sprints two days before and box jumps the previous day. Do you think it’s more likely that the strain was caused from muscle fatigue/overuse or because I did those stretches before my squat?
    Definitely gonna try these movements. Great video, thank you!😊

    My groin strain is super new. How long should i rest it before i start working it out? Are there exercises that progressively lead up to this one? Sorry for all the questions thanks for your time.

    Great video! When you said the adductor side exercise without any issue before Copenhagen... Does that mean no pain in either leg when doing the side exercise?

      There shouldn't be any pain, only muscle fatigue

    Hi prehab. I got shot on the leg and broken my femoral shaft. It’s been 5 weeks after my surgery (had plates and screws) and I am handling my leg stiffness when bending thanks to one of your vid for helping my motion easily going through. But I am facing another problem in my groin muscle cause it kinda hurt (sharp like) when I raise my injured leg or I swing it away from my other leg. I can pin point the exact location, it’s where puncture of the bullet, it got stitched and kinda dry now but I can feel it’s still healing inside after the trauma. Any advice?

      @ThePrehabGuys  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey! Sorry to hear about that and hope you're recovering well. The pain could be an indication that the surgical leg isn't ready for the movements you described as aggravating - we definitely recommend seeing a physical therapist if you aren't already who can help gradually expose you to those movements through mobility and strength work!

    Overall a great video. However, the "one" exercise you are recommending is the hardest of all (and nearly impossible) to perform. The assumption here is that all viewers will have the same level of fitness and agility as yourself> I will stick to the simple ones that you illustrated. Thanks

      Our goal is always to show progressions as well as we recognize that yes, there is a wide range of individuals with different fitness levels who view our videos! Always respect where you body is at and when ready, progress from there!

    so many contradicting videos that we do damage to ourselves doing trial and error.

    I tried to give you feedback but I do you wouldn’t let me give you feedback, so oh well but this guy is very I don’t even know what the word used to describe this video but this is not for low body over 35 to 40 years old I wouldn’t do this video and I would not recommend it to anyone. Is that more sensitive for your needs so she wouldn’t post what I put on there the first time see ya wouldn’t wanna be ya

      Our videos are generalized and we recognize that every body has their own unique needs and entry points! We've got some pretty hard working individuals who either start or work their way up to this point! The human body is capable of so much!
