Small correction to your explanation of differences in engine controls in piston and turboprop aircraft: they're actually more similar than you thought, but also different between direct drive and free turbines. PT6 engined aircraft have low and high idle and cutoff, others just have fuel on or off, that's all that condition levers do. Blue levers (RPM) control the prop RPM exactly the same as in piston engine aircraft, except in direct drive turboprops, it's almost always at full RPM. Preordered the honeycomb throttle months ago on amazon uk. Date of release changed today from end of October to December. This is due to the wonderfull mess of the pre order from your own website. I thought stock would not be effected at the big retailers. It would not surprise me if people who preordered at aerosoft will get the same news with a shift of release date. Very unfair. Some people preordered a year ago and they are last in line compared to the own preorders that went live on the official honeycomb site. Almost everything went on ebay so much work just to let people who preordered a year ago left in the dark.

I have the Alpha Yoke, and this is a good piece of hardware, but in FS2020 I can't manage to have the magnestos/left/right/both/start working, nor the battery/alternator switches. I have mapped them but when I press them nothing happens in game... That is annoying. Do you have some new drivers in preparation maybe? Because of these problems I am not 100% sure I would buy the bravo quadrant, although it seems to be also a very good piece of hardware too...

Nicki Repenning if it helps, look at how SpadNext communicates with MSFS, as that has all the LEDs for gear working perfectly on the saitek switch panel, so it is certainly possible.
@@cowboy10uk I appreciate to recommendation, but from my stand point , you plug it in and it works. That's how it should be. Microsoft have been more that supportive in integrating out products, and by the time of the Bravo launches it will be fully functional. The same goes for X-Plane and P3D. We have mapped well over 100 planes on the Alpha at this point , but it's an uphill battle. That's why we're introducing an SDK for Aircraft developers in the next few weeks so they can ensure full compatibility. We call the program "Certified by Honeycomb" and if the aircraft is fully configures with for the Alpha and Bravo, then can use our "certified" icon free of charge on their product page. That way, you know as a consumer, if you buy that plane if will work seamlessly with our products. Not supposed to be announced yet, but there it is.

Projekt Gemini condition lever does not control that. Reduce throttle to slow down.
Pump these out at the factory will you, I can't wait to get mine!
It will be some time. If you go to their website. They have the exact schedule listed. It's pretty complicated but very detailed. You'll have to convert week numbers to dates.
i have always landed props high and condition levers high. We do it on base turn.
Can you use honeycomb products on the Xbox series x?
No, its PC only for now. Support on the Xbox probably could be added by Asobo and Microsoft but that would be up to them and there has been no mention of them doing that yet.
I love my Honeycomb Yoke and can't wait to get the throttle. Is there anyway to preorder to hold my place in line?
what rudder pedals did you use?
Got my pre-order through Amazon UK - it days October 23rd release. I hope they don't screw me over :D
I’m in the same boat as you. Only issue I have is my Alpha is faulty after just one week of use and they don’t have stock to replace it. 😔
@@spam4just that's awful, I've had mine over a month and it has been great so far. Sorry to hear yours isn't up to par.
Kal yeah just one of those things I suppose. Are you flying fs2020 or xplane?
@@spam4just I flew Xplane 11 until fs2020 came out. Haven't touched Xplane since, although tempted because I miss VR
Nice video thanks for sharing, I've got my pre order and can't wait to start using it. Just wanted to ask what rudder peddles your using, as I'm looking to upgrade soon.
Please restock the yoke! Preordered the throttle and need a yoke to go with it!
Don't expect to hear from anyone at Honeycomb. The business is in shambles and very poorly run. You will be lucky if you are able to order anything for at least 6 months.
@@georgefaulk2528 on the faqs on their website it says they would restock mid September so I guess we will see if they hold true
@@quintenzappe3412 Already past mid September. Sorry but they have already let everyone down. They knew well before hand that the increase in demand was coming once MSFS 2020 was launched and failed to adjust their inventory when had the chance. Just my opinion but it's a poorly run business. I for one will not be purchasing anything from them, something better will come along before this company gets it's act together.
Any plan for making rudder pedals?
Preordered the honeycomb throttle months ago on amazon uk. Date of release changed today from end of October to December. This is due to the wonderfull mess of the pre order from your own website. I thought stock would not be effected at the big retailers. It would not surprise me if people who preordered at aerosoft will get the same news with a shift of release date. Very unfair. Some people preordered a year ago and they are last in line compared to the own preorders that went live on the official honeycomb site. Almost everything went on ebay so much work just to let people who preordered a year ago left in the dark.
As the quadrant is delayed, can you please change the rotary encoder to be a dual rotary encoder? This way we can use it to set both the course and the heading bugs! Thanks.
Why is it not here
Hey, any news on the Tango Foxtrot? Pretty Please!
Hey will this work with the Xbox series x
Would like to be able to buy one
Pls update lights honeycomb quadrant
Any word on when the Alpha will be available to order again?
When bots quit buying them all
that is my airport in real life bravo SEQM !
Now. When are we going to get both at our doors?
It's not nice for you to sit there and tease us with the throttle. Please release it already!
Honeycomb just announced they are partnering with Nvidia to make both the Yoke and Throttle impossible to ever actually order.
Question !!!! How to yaw on this yoke ??
When on earth is pre orders being fulfilled in uk been sat waiting since October 2019 I’ve got the yoke the wait is getting unbearable now :(
Hello, I have both of your products and I love them, HOWEVER I can not use floor rudder controls I'm handicapped. I really want a solution on the yoke and I don't want to use my joystick just for this function. Can you come up with a solution please? Any ideas on what to do?
Bravo Throttle Quadrant release date before christmas 23 of November, so i gues it comes in 2021 of the first quarter in january.. Alpha Yoke without Bravo Throttle not much in use..
Is it me or there is no 3 green lights when the gear is down on the quadrant?
yea i noticed that aswell
Microsoft are still working on the Bravo integration. One of the features that isn't working yet are the gear indicator lights.
Guys I really like Ale od your video and id Love to have one of these yokes or throrles, but its impoasible because I live in Europe, so what do you Guys think of International shipping?
Price of the throttle is through the roof here in the uk, everywhere out of stock. Any idea when we’ll see a shipment to the uk ???
It's a shame the Honeycomb products make IFR flying impossible in MSFS due to a mouse acceleration bug that occurs when you have "always on"-buttons assigned. Maybe give Asobo a call about this since you are an official partner?
So uhhhhh what rudder pedals are you using....
that throttle set looks fantastic. Whats the button/mapping for that runway view? Looks really helpful
The PTT button.
OMG! 🤩😍
