@@lucifero__ I wear the same alaskan magic shoes and walk on concrete for my job. We're also required to wear black socks so I'm always wearing socks at work and honestly the shoes still feel great and I hate wearing socks. Sometimes I wish there was a little bit of cushion in the shoes especially for on concrete but on any other surface like wood or plasticy it feels fine and feels amazing on anything soft.

I buy quality wool socks and have most of the footwear needed, depending on the weather and job I’m doing. After hours and when I’m not working I’m bare foot when possible. When I’m at the cottage I can go barefoot almost everywhere as it’s mostly rock, dry dirt, wood docks, decking and grass.

When I worked in the electronics mfg indusry, one had to be grounded to bleed off any static charge build-up that could arc and damage sensitive components. Best solution I found was a special model of Crocs, typically black, with conductive material molded in. Barefoot was not an option, but these shoes met the grounding requirement, were safer around metal and glass in mfg, AND were extremely comfortable.

If I'm not mistaken, barefoot shoes are for the foot to be as if it was barefoot, vs constricted in a traditional shoe, but it is Not grounded, as most are still rubber soles, or similar. There are however "earthing" shoes, aka "grounding" shoes and sandals etc that relay some of that negative electricity found in the earth that you normally need to be barefoot to receive. ...Are there any "barefoot" shoes that are also truly "earthing" shoes? That would be awesome. ...Great videos, keep up the good work.

Simple, excellent advice! I’ve been experimenting with getting grounded for just over a year now. Unfortunately, we have bark scorpions all over this area, so I can’t be barefoot as much as I’d like, but I bought a grounding mat and I find that it really makes a difference in my pain level. Even after the first time or two using it (I sleep with my lower legs and feet on it) I could tell a difference - and it has helped more, the more I remember to use it (rest my feet on it while I work at my computer, etc). I’m glad you did this video, and hopefully some of the critics will do some research of their own and improve their lives.

I have been grounding for over a half a year now and I totally swear by it health wise. I sleep grounded, I am grounded when I sit at my desk and also when I work in the field on my vegetable farm. Ground as often as you can daily and sleep grounded and you will notice positive effects. Back pain gone in 3 days. More energy and a clearer thinking mind. (that's a bonus at 65). It cuts down inflammation which causes many health issues. You won't hear much about this from the medical industry because it would cut down on a lot of medications.

As a sound engineer who is currently learning a lot more about electronics, I think you're onto something big. The body is mostly an electrical organism, where chemicals move place to cause electrical differentials (neurotransmitters, minerals, etc. changing place.) However, people forget about the total amount of "electrons" that exist inside our body, that align with the planet we exist on. Our planet is constantly being charged by the Sun with wave after wave of plasma, which contains charged particles that changes the charge of the Earth at any given moment. The Earth is a "sink" for this charge due to its massive size.
I believe Tesla thought of the Earth as a giant Capacitor/Inductor that could ring at a specific frequency, that he could harness the energy coming from the Sun and beyond by tapping into it in a very specific way, just as we do with a Colpitts Oscillator, tapping into the power supply by using capacitance and inductance to create a resonant "tank circuit".
Science is very new. It's a few hundred years old at best. Nature is timeless - as long as the Universe has existed (13.7billion years by our current understanding). We are adapted and optimised to our environment in so many different ways. I trust in Nature a LOT more than I do Science, even though Science can catch up at a later date and provide us with useful insights. Science, however, isn't current. It can't give us results right now. It's latent and will always be. This is why I trust Nature first, then Science later as a verification tool.

If going barefoot hasn't helped your pain in hips, knees or ankles, you might need custom orthopedic insoles.
Some of us already have feet malformed in childhood, lateral flatfoot, and you absolutely need to give your feet that extra support

As a beekeeper, I’ll pass. I can assure you a beesting to the underside of your foot is a pain like no other.
As far as back problems, I’m 6’5”, and had back pain for many years, I thought due to my height and occupation. The right mattress is a game changer. Nothing fancy, just an expensive, good quality materss. My back is still tired and sore at night, but by morning it’s recovered. That’s something the chiropractors never ask about either. They are happy to have you coming back every month.

Problem I find is no shoe manufacturer makes shoes for humans. They try to make a 'one size fits all' type shoe, but it fits no one. The minimal ones aren't any better, but at least they don't have a heel. We need to go back to custom cutting our own sandals.

"You will be more intentional with how you walk", obviously true but also having grown up barefoot on farms in Africa, you won't believe how hard your feet get. Broken glass, nails, no problem. When that 1inch thorn hits you up the side of the foot, not so pleasant but you get used to it. Also we a grew up here barefoot in the winter, you don't get sick more often and the first time I ever heard about flat feet was a visit to Europe.

As someone who's flat footed and was always suggested as a kid to get a heal and ankle and arch support. My common sense said those doctors were wrong. We weren't meant to live that way. You support that arche and it can't support itself.

By grounding yourself and drinking lots of water, you become more alkaline. Those funny-looking communication towers that make your ears ring and dehydrate your body while you sleep....THEY hate when you break their brain cancer causing electromagnetic circuit...Hope nobody knows what I mean.
Do you hear a constant ringing in your ears that everyone puts down to tinnitus, but you know isn't?
Do you feel a tingling in your hands and feet on occasion or perhaps constantly, especially at night when you are relaxing? Do your sinuses feel like they are "dialating" as if from eating a hot pepper for no apparent reason?
    And/Or,
Do you wake up feeling super dehyrdrated in the morning?
If so welcome to my world...The wonderful World of Gates and Gang coming to a cell tower near you...
