We do contracts ourselves. No we don't deal in buying and selling of plots. Yes we do have office in Johar town, Lahore. Lastly, by references are you referring to client's referrals. Of course you can talk to few of our clients who are currently getting their house constructed from us
You forget one important point and that is timeline of completion....that also be part of evaluation and accordingly decide liquidated damages in case timeline is not met. This is very important as prices are soaring at a rampant pace

Very well elaborated contents. Though I have following queries. 1. How a layman can evaluate construction quality, if I get the services of another expert don’t you think his opinion would be biased in this case. 2. The price part is tricky, as if a genuine contractor with good material will certainly will give higher price than the one who is using cheap Material, yet you are giving high marks to second one. Appreciate your response.
A very important aspect is missing in the selection matrix. We shall assess the safety performance of the contractor as well. Ask prospective contractors, in last two years, how many accidents or injuries took place on their construction sites where victim required treatement by a medical doctor?

Plz make a video for expats pakistani how they must trust and find a contractor, as they can't be available all the time in pakistan and eventually has to trust someone and give contractor for while constriction process. I'm planning to construct but as I will not be available to monitor all time how to choose or select a trusty firm for construction. This must be addressed in a complete video as advise to expat pakistani how to construct your home in pakistan without your presence. Thanks
Sure i will try to make video on it. Of course your personal presence is best way of evaluating the things but if you are not present on site, what steps should you follow in order to monitor it
