I remember the time my father constructed a house and we were moving out of our old one, he told all the bad things about the place to the buyer and he still bought our house. We learned that even though we might falter at many places but whatever is in your naseeb you will get it and its all according to Allahs plan. When I became an Agent I often used to get criticised for being too straight forward and honest but Alhamdulillah I am proud to follow my fathers footsteps as I know my naseeb will come from wherever its destined to come from. though I'm a "dealer" I completely agree with Junaid sahib, clients need to wisen up that will play a role in shaping the real estate sector as a "professional" one, not chal chalao choona lagao occupation. one piece of advice for the clients is " Please give total rightful commission to the dealers as well".

Lots of people are scared and they will invest in the market if they find the right people. Yes as far as commission is concerned, my take is that it should be more than 1% as it is in most of other countries.

Never hide anything from doctor for health, lawyer for case and it goes to real estate consultant as their are 90% chaska clients who think dealers are their free help line desk to work for them 24/7 free and remaining 5% think that after deal is done that is nay kiya khaas kiya hai Jo Isay pura commission milay so they do not pay dealers due commissions. This practice leads to dealers keeping tops saving their rights without playing in the hands of buyer and seller. In last the buyer and dealer gets direct getting dealer out of way to cheat dealer by eating his rightful commission. Just think when blaming someone this direct happened to me when I trusted seller and buyer whom I knew very well too. So don't talk about dealers only look into your selves too.

All that was because, we disclosed that we like the plot and want it. We disclosed that we want the plot in this vicinity because our relatives lives nearby. We told that we have this kuch budget. And we told that we want it now!!! 🤦♀️
