Best way to construct a house is first give project of structure only . Then do piping of whole house by some worker . Then give project of plaster . Don't give tile or marble on project basis .it should be done on daily basis . Best weather to do this work is February in Punjab

I agree with you 👍 @user-nl7vw3nf9m. I learned this after going through the whole process. i made the same mistake by giving a full contract (without material) to the same person. I have found that work quality was not that good because the labourer wanted to save time by compromising the quality.
