For example; the elevated house to BFL (base flood level), vents in the foundation for the flood water to pass under the house, electrical equipment and wires to be fitted on the first floor, and emergency exit to the roof, (waterproofing interior walls if possible), materials that can be easily chipped off and replaced after the flood water goes and so on. Container houses are not a solution to this. Unfortunately, our government doesn't want to take professionals on board to provide them with proper solutions where the future flash floods CAN be avoided and the intensity of destruction will be far less.
If we are take max value I.e. 3500 per square ft. For 4.1 Marla I.e. 1125 sq ft * 3500= 3937500 🤔 My advice is pls instead of buttering better ask pertinent questions to make your content more relevant.
