I am working out in Silicon Valley? Doing that same thinking structural work! I studied/researched because of my own pains nobody could help. 63 no pains anymore🧚.
That's good comment to see you on a channel I just discovered. Dr Mandel is wonderful 😊 Dr Berg is another individual i owe thanks to. I've learned a lot from those two. Hope to learn more from this channel. 😊
Thanks Dr Perry - another gem that really helps! I've been doing this in the car for a while but never thought to tap/massage the sternum. Thanks for turning my health around 🤘
Could Not Bileive How Loonnggg I can exhale !... as someone healing from CPSTD, with continual attempts @ ' triggering ', this is a total game changer !! Theeeee BEST ' vagus nerve/ release ' exercise I've tried so far ! You're a God Send !
Wow, thx! Lived in fight/flight mode for years. My husband of 58 years passed away last December from Parkinson’s disease. I was his only 24/7/365 caregiver. Incredibly stressful, so much so I still find myself in that high stress mode - mostly due to triggering emotions every where I turn. Thx for posting this helpful way to breathe properly as I lived the last few years literally holding my breath.
I see that the algorithm is suppressing you. The insights provided across your entire channel are a public wealth of necessary abundance. You deserve the free promotion. I will help you freely. This is definitely what i have tried during meditation, and it feels expansive. Each contractive moment feels natural too
Talking my language. Plain and simple. You ask and answer questions in order. Great teaching video. I am a sponge. I like to learn. This one is at the top of my go to learning video that I will share. Also good to know right and wrong way to do things and especially things that are o.k. and are not considered 'wrong' and doing them will still be beneficial. Important in my world to take the pressure off to be perfect for fear of rendering the process useless. Thank you Dr. Perry. 👍💕👍💕👍💕
You the man! Wish I had the strength to pour my heart into this review- even only being aware of “lymph” and the flow of blood in general Cant say I’ll do the routines forever, but
Thanks a lot ❤ I've seen only few moments in the beginning and I knew already that's it, it makes sense and it will help me on my journey to selfhealing. And after you explained it on point 👌 there is no doubt.
You are really a genius and yes this toungue on the top of your palate is also called " Khechri mudra " in the Patanjali Yog sutra .You have created a unique combination of mudra and slow exhalation or " poorak " in order to activate the powerful sympathetic and para sympathetic nervous system.I wish many more million followers following you in near future.
So I have been listening to many of your podcasts. I have RA amd have tried elimination diets amd nothing seems to put me in remission. I have started working on the vagus nerve to see if that can help. I have been doing the lymphatic big 6 but wasn’t very consistent. Now I will be!
Hi Dr. Perry, this is so exciting to learn about all this stuff!! Thank you for all this information you open up for us! After a Week of Doing the Big 6 my feet were swollen and I’ve never had this before. Around my ankles it is red & hurts a lot. Mostly my right leg. Can this be part of the clogging that got stuck there?
Thank you for the info doc! I was under the impression that anterior pelvic tilt is not good, or its the degree of it? My chiropractor told me mine is pretty severe. I forget the exact angle. Thank you so much!
Your pelvis should be able to go into an anterior tilt and a posterior tilt you just don't want it hanging out in one of those positions for a long time
Hi. Thank you so much! do you have any videos on lymph nodes behind knees and how to release them? I am so glad on this vast world of internet, I found you! amazing!
I not influenced in English may enlightenment my question. Almost everyone talks the diagram and ribcage left front and right back are different and movements in opposite. Ext left diaphragm of back ribcage expanded ,but right diaphragm in front of xiphone expanded to inhale.
Gli esercizi sono molto importanti e non vorrei abaglire, poiché non conosco l'inglese è possibile vedere le aue lezioni sottotitolate in lingua italiana? Grazìe
For me works better when standing, I don’t know if it’s just me? Also, any advice how to apply better breathing while moving and doing things? I realized my inhales and exhales are longer/deeper when hips are internally rotated!
Just wondering, with the breathing, and that pop of the breath, can you do that while exercising? I tried that while running, not sure about it though.
Your channel name is Ironic for me. On April 20th i wrote a poem called Addicted to the pain. It was also the first 4:20 I didn't smoke cannabis since I was 12.
I think you've created the ultimate breathing exercise. Silent nasal inhale (buteyko), double inhale (phys. Sigh), humming (universal merit) and thumping (your work)
😄 Learned from many smart people, combined stuff together and followed the physiology. Worked out pretty good. lol Thank you
Darn, I wish I was your neighbor, I would visit you daily. Caracas is a bit far away though. You and Dr Mandell are saving my life at 70, bro !!! 🙏🤗

PRT turning your head, eyes closed letting the pictures of the stress run out. Fingers in your ears gently pulling down until you yawn.

I realized my inhales and exhales are longer/deeper when hips are internally rotated!
Do whatever position feels good for you.
Can you pick on your sternum if you have paraproxlysmal afib a couple of times in a month
Best to ask your doctor that question. 👍
Just wondering, with the breathing, and that pop of the breath, can you do that while exercising? I tried that while running, not sure about it though.
No. When exercising keep your mouth closed just breathe in and out through your nose
Therapist hand wrist, thumb the worst pain? Ive recovered half way. Thumb metatarsal still feels dislocated. Bunion thumb.

This is nothing but a form of Vaasiyogam preached by sidhar’s in ancient Tamilnadu
I don't care what you call it. I just want you to understand the physiology of why it works
