I've always been impressed by the righting reflex referred to as the horizon sign; the eyes have to be on the same level for the nervous system, and it doesn't matter what the body has to do to get them on the level.
Could you guys have a discussion on how to block hands. I have done a lot of gardening and would like to know how to properly block my hand. My thumb area is painful, which restricts me from activities. Thanks
Certainly, there is an easy position for the hands that I can describe. You will want to lie on your back, and place the block or towel or other tool underneath your sacrum (backside), sandwiching your hand palm-down between the tool and your sacrum. Breathe diaphragmatically and search for pain, and stay there for at least 3 minutes. You can access the palm, fingers, or even wrist and arm with this. I hope this helps! I have bad bunions, my right foot is moving towards the right making my balance really bad , doing the same on the left foot but not as severe. I’m having a hard time buying shoes , I just ordered toe spacers and they help support me but I can’t wear a shoe with them on. Please , Can you help me ?

Hi, good question. Yes, it won't harm the Block to practice inside the sauna - just be sure not to store it or leave it there where it is too humid.

Awesome info! I block an hour a day. Hopefully that's not too much.
It is definitely no too much! You can block as long as your body allows. The time varies person to person, so just do what feels comfortable.
