As long as you play it❤ + i hate you❤ because i have an exam tommorow and you posted this while i was about to go to sleep +it's only 24 minutes it's not enough 😭 But all jokes aside (the exam is not a joke lol) you are my favourite youtuber and i am not exaggerating love you❤ This comment is a rolercoaster of emotions lol
If you scan something you’ve already scanned for a blueprint, it’ll give you titanium instead, so it’s a good way to gather materials. If you didn’t repair the escape pod, it would stay offline forever and wouldn’t refill its energy. Since you’ve unlocked the Grav Trap blueprint, it’s super useful for gathering fish without having to chase them yourself-definitely worth crafting! Always take extra batteries and food when traveling far with the Seaglide to avoid getting stranded. Also, making bleach is great for water since it gives you two bottles, and they restore more hydration. Looking forward to more of this series-it’s been so fun to watch!
Tips and Tricks (no spoilers): >You never get the ability to broadcast or respond to radio signals in any way. >The floatation device you can make is absurdly good. It's got infinite uses (recharges when you're at the surface) and can take you up ~200 meters in just a couple seconds. >Build a base, it's really cool. Also keep an eye out when exploring ruins for any base parts that can be scanned. There's a good number of really important ones. >If you just keep exploring you'll eventually find what you need to progress. Or, if you want to figure things out faster than that you can make sure you read all your important data entries. Like if you go on a big adventure and your reward is finding a computer that gives you a data entry, you should read it. Keep a notepad next to your PC with a to-do list made of important info from data entries, if that helps you. >Most predators can be scared off with just your knife. Big guys may need a few swipes, or you can get something more substantial; the Seamoth Perimeter Defense System will scare away literally any predator in the entire game. >Lastly, and most importantly, *do not be afraid to explore.* There aren't really any areas that you can actually avoid going to if you want to complete the game organically; you'll end up having to go everywhere at some point, so once you're prepared (have a submersible capable of going deep enough and some way to defend yourself) you might as well just check out the scary cave now rather than later; it's usually got some cool stuff, or is at least really pretty once you get over the fear.
The "escape pod" text when you're at base is just saying what it is, the base itself is an escape pod. When you repaired that the power and whatnot came back on, turning the lights on. It might be helpful for you to start building a base of your own using the habitat builder. Doesn't have to be big, but it's nice to have to organize your stuff. It'll also be useful for other stuff you scanned, like the scanner room, or the moonpool once you find the fragments for it. You can also eventually start going towards the wreck of the big ship, but I'd make the laser cutting tool before you go, and make sure you stock up on batteries for your equipment before you go. It'll be a big part of the story
The mix of brilliant insightful gaming and the most boneheaded fails, I love it. You're doing so well and I'm so looking forward to seeing you play all the way through.
More tips ‼ - Fragments are EVERYWHERE, there are ALWAYS more than the exact number of fragments needed for something on the map, so even if you miss a fragment, you will find other scattered around - All loot is renewable, fishes respawn and so do outcrops - If you are lost in this game, just go a direction you have never been before, explore, just looking at your PDA for the next thing to do won't always lead you to the next thing - The radio will give you certain info, but it isn't the lead of the game, it will help but your own curiosity will be the thing to guide you. Also the radio will stack up on messages if you are gone for a while, there is no way to miss messages in this game so don't be afraid to prioritize other things over it - Everything you scan has entries in the databank, usually it is lore or just random info about that thing, but for especially important stuff read up on it, sometimes the databank can lead you to where you need to go - 18:09 , When the Aurora crashed, you ejected from an escape pod, it wouldn't be equipped with any method of communication, in general though, don't be afraid of heading towards the aurora, it isn't just a landmark. - The escape pod thing that you used the repair tool on just repaired your escape pod, it gave it lights and I'm pretty sure it makes the escape pod more power efficient, but other than that it doesn't serve a gameplay purpose PLEASE keep playing this game is really good, and it starts slow but it gets SO much better
Glad you're having a good time with Subnautica. It's a great game; the story elements are also super cool. Definitely continue the series. This is fun. :)
The sea moth is mainly found in the red grass area you first found it, takes a bit of searching to find it but that is its MAIN location to find parts. Good luck
@davobands you understand now why we love this game? The story, the lore and the exploration. Scan and read a bit of each thing, they offer knoledge and power for you!
when you decide to make a base [habitat] make sure to do it at the area you got the seamoth fragment at also you need to make the habitat builder to make builds
Nah. Death isn't really a big deal in this game; you can only lose stuff that you've picked up since the last time you were at a base, and there's only a chance to lose each item, _and_ you can just go back and pick up your stuff where you died.
Man really gave up on finding best vehicle fragments in the game because the filter was scary then went to find the seaglide in the safe shallows. Recently crafted a cyclops myself. Put a bed and rows of storage in.
@@davobandsit’s the worst souls boss in the series and that area wash rushed and unfinished because of deadlines. Also knowing how you play darksouls you probably misses the hidden bonfire

Lets go, Davo and Caseoh subnautica playthroughs at the same time!
One of the best creators on youtube, cant wait for u to get 1 million
Found Davao through Elden ring kept watching cuz he’s one of my favorite TH-cam’s fr
Right? This style of video feels kinda lost to time and Davo's one of the few doing it any kind of justice these days
Same, he seems like a genuine person if that makes any sense
The mix of brilliant insightful gaming and the most boneheaded fails, I love it. You're doing so well and I'm so looking forward to seeing you play all the way through.
cant wait for part 3
btw you should explore the exploded ruins of the aurora
As soon as I saw the title "Ahh he found the radio" haha

Hey bro you gotta come back to this game😢
If you want to find alot of scannables. Head to the back of the Aurora!
when you decide to make a base [habitat] make sure to do it at the area you got the seamoth fragment at also you need to make the habitat builder to make builds
+Tip if you suspect that a certain danger will happen you can save the game and incase you die you can quit and load back to before you saved
Nah. Death isn't really a big deal in this game; you can only lose stuff that you've picked up since the last time you were at a base, and there's only a chance to lose each item, _and_ you can just go back and pick up your stuff where you died.
