    I think, it would be quite heavy for compiling that into BSP, but, as for making a concept model, and then exporting that blockout to 3d package, and making a model out of it, would be just fantastic for optimization needs!

      @@eagleonedevelopmentteam849 Actually, I was wrong about BSP strucutre for Source 2. I am old map maker, and used for BSP-like way of making mays, however while making my map for CS2, I investigated documentation, and it turns out, that Source made an incredible thing, they moved away from BSP structure, and the mesh you do in Hammer, is being compiled into a model, not bsp brush? which provides more freedom

    Does smoothing normals adjust in game hitboxes?
    Also can i install the cs editor if i don't have access to cs yet? I own HLA. I don't know if there will be major differences with entities and such.

    • @eagleonedevelopmentteam849
      @eagleonedevelopmentteam849  ปีที่แล้ว

      Smoothing normals won't affect the collisions that are generated. If you dont have CS2 thats fine, you can make everything in HLA and then when its time bring it over to CS2. The entities will be different however the meshwork will be fine
