this guitar and 62 strats the like have quite possibly grown to be my favorite guitars of all time. strats and sgs are my favorite looking and most comfortable to play. always have been and likely always will be.

It would also be cool to see you do a replica of John Mayer’s 1964 sunburst strat. Maybe you could combine the videos and document the research and then the actual project. Thanks!

Using the transfer paper is brilliant! I have just started learning to do this type of relicing to my own guitars, doing a Glen Buxton SG currently and your videos have helped give me the confidence to do it and do it well!! Thank you greatly for all these videos, they are fantastic and you are a seriously great artist in doing these so perfectly!!! Definitely an art!!!
HOW ABOUT Jack White's Montgomery Ward 'JB Hutto' Airline - I don't mean mold your own fiberglass (unless you're able) but how to make one of the low-end kits really awesome.
@@forrestflowers3659 a lot of early 60s ones had leftover white ones from the late 50s. Fender used the leftover spares rather then letting the parts go to waste. it was more common on 59 Strats though.
That was just awesome to watch! How much work you've put in all the little details of that instrument. I'd have quit that job right in the beginning. Can't honour your craftmanship enough! Wonderful work. The result is amazing.
One personal consideration is that I dont like using the Fender decals on non-Fender guitars...but as long as the intention its ‘declared’ and its clear that this is a copy I’m ok with it ;)

I think id rather watch the Rory since its more battered than Blackie. I'd like to see it look better than fenders version in either Rory 61 strat or Clapton 56 Blackie.
As much as I love strats I would love to see a tele build, maybe Jeff becks esquire or Andy Summer's tele or somebody else's. Would say a les Paul would be cool to but it's not as easy to build a Gibson. ( although I'd wet my pants if you could pull off pearly gates)
