Do you need to have a coach to help you tell the truth? That in itself cracks an opening for the jury to question as to the credibility of witness. Spence is a genius. He is in his element.

If I was giving another lifetime, I’d like to be an attorney and study under Mr Spence’s trial lawyers collage. Too many people get screwed out of justice.

I love Gerry Spence... He pulls out the truth in a case, I would love to meet this magnificent attorney at law.... I wish I could see him at work...

although a good cross uninterrupted like this, there would be far too many objections for relevance/beyond the scope/etc etc to make this work or plausible.

Actually, this is under Leading Questions, and any objections would not have been followed through, which is why there was no objection. It's about the credibility of the witness.

I don’t see much if anything that is objectionable.

@@xpat73 in my country he wouldn’t have gotten more than 30 secs in for relevance and collateral questions.

@@loveiseternity not to mention privilege...this get's into all sort of privileged communications between lawyer and litigation team and the witness

Well where is your proof... I guess you don't believe that rich people have legal problems... I guess you feel that snap judgement against someone who is rich is ok Your belief is that justice should not be served in the case of the rich.... what about Randy Weaver.... Gerry Spence represented him.... He was unjustly arrested AND.... they killed his INNOCENT wife and 14 year old son... using that as a metric.... then either you are ignorant and wrong or outrightly just hate the rich...
