In part one of our interview with Gerry Spence, host Richard Ager speaks with Spence about his life and famous cases and with 50 attorneys from around the country who are enrolled in Spence's Trial Lawyer's College located outside Dubois, Wyoming. Gerry has been an inspiration for me during my trek in law school, and I do hope to have the chance to participate in one of his trial lawyer classes. This is just a simple thanks to Gerry for his work, his writings, and his dedication to Wyoming.

That's how I so fully heartily believed, our country provides justice until you go after justice. Then you find there really isn't any justice.

Justice has been self contained, as a corrupted itself against all people. Law see's itself today as overly elet of its own people.

Although my letters to your office asking for assistance failed. It is great to hear the truth from an attorney/lawyer that admits the corporate world and indeed the government is wrong in their actions toward the people..Thank you Gerry Spence for defending some of those people and telling it like it is.

Every attorney who seeks justice against the corporatocracy and government overreaching would do well to seek Mr. Spence's help. The insights into self Mr. Spence's programs offer are second to none. If anything, the authentic trial lawyer screaming inside every lawyer finally gets a chance to breath, the chance to seize the moment and get justice for a client.
Some insights can be so powerful that one may realize s/he lacks the commitment to seek justice and may not be fit to be a lawyer.

God bless you and your team,I called about 4 days ago and spoke with a very kind lady, told her about a possible case which I think we have, but I'm not attorney, anyway I didn't realize this was the Gerry my dad and his friend less spoke so highly of, my dad actually knew the gentleman Gerry represented years ago and it was the man he helped in the ruby case ,he talked about it often,my dad was a Vietnam veteran and had met the man that was put in prison lost his family members and it was just horrible,I really didn't know who my dad and less were talking about, but I do know that the man was I believe a general possibly ,my dad wrote a song for all men and women who stand up and put their lives on the line unselfishly, for all Americans and any human being needing some help regardless of race or where the innocent was from, I had no idea when I made the call and spoke with Donna, who was so kind to me and listened in detail about my possible case, I hope I get a chance to stand up for one of my dad's wishes so no one would ever have to suffer the way he did and watching our loving father who worked his entire life and had utmost respect for the VA MC and in trusted his life as they promise to give the best care to their patients, however sadly my dad never felt so let down as he did by those who were to be their in his health and failed him miserably, the man my dad was ,a forgiving honorable man ,with love to give to all he came across ,he was even the beloved Santa Claus for many years, he respected all he came across and no matter how hard it was for some to hear the brutal truth they knew they would get if they asked dad for his advice, I hope I get the opportunity to stand up for my dad's life I feel was taken to soon ,yes he was 72 years young but he always said your only as old as you say you feel😂😁 my dad had such honor and respect for this amazing honorable attorney because he never backed down for what was right,he spoke a great deal about many cases Gerry Spence did with professers at the college and had many friends their he played music with as well,it's such a small world, it's so crazy to me that I picked this law firm in jackson hole wy to possibly hopefully take my case ,if not possibly help me to present myself🙄🤔🤷😬😁😃 I honestly can't wait to hear back from them and let them know that my dad and his brother from another mother spoke so highly of this man Gerry ,I over heard conversations they had about all the things that has happened in Wyoming like the Chinese Massacre and how our very late family member on my dad's side of the family my grandma Francis Fitch and our relations to Butch Cassidy and how he road his wagon right into a saloon I believe right here in rock springs, all I know is that I think it's really neat that this is the gerry who represented a man who my dad called his brother a friend and just was so saddened by what he went through and to know that Gerry Spence represented him is just so awesome to me ,I had no idea 😆 I've been telling my whole family that lives out state about this and how I contact this law firm having no idea who it was, well anyway if your reading this say a little prayer for our family that we have the opportunity to be presented by such fine people my dad thought so highly of😍❤
