Sarah, I LOVE this pattern so much! I want to make blankets for each of my nine grandchildren for Christmas, but have been having some trouble finding patterns that would be fun but not too young for my teen/tween fellas. Finding patterns for the four little ladies have their own issues (as in just SO many options), but the five gents have been challenging me big time! I want every blanket to be different from each other (why I have imposed that rule on myself I have no clue….. clearly i am masochist) and I know exactly which of my little men is going to receive this one. Thank you for sharing this and now I am about to do a deep dive into your videos t see what other treasures I can unearth. 😍🥰😍

When I saw this pattern, I immediately thought of recreating my baby blanket. It's a plaid pattern with a yellow base and blue and pink stripping. Wanting one in an adult size throw blanket never crossed my mind until I saw this, and now I must have it. I'm almost *too* excited. 🤩🧶

Love the moss stitch. Excellent idea you found on working the second row. I love everything about this blanket! Thank you Sarah!!

Love this pattern. The surface work gives it a whole different look, not just the same striped pattern which is so common with the moss stitch. Don’t get me wrong, I love the moss stitch, but this adds a whole new dimension!

Such a lovely pattern. Love the tartan look the slip stitches give it on the smooth moss stitch. The colours you used for your swatch make it look even more Scottish 😊

    - I really like the green colour together with the beige, If I can find the yarn I think I will make the blanket with those colours. I love the pattern to this blanket!

I love your tutorial. I’m just having one problem because I’m new to. Crochet. I wish you could’ve have done the last step in slow motion. Where can I find that to practice on? Thank you.
