Everything mentioned is correct, however, two points are missing:
1. Construction of drainage system in the middle of the roads, which are then covered with concrete slabs. These slabs break and cars fall inside them. I have not seen any other cosmopolitan with such unplanned infrastructural architecture. (Although this has been covered in the video but no commentary in it).
2. There is no mention about the water desalination plant which had to provide clean water and electricity. Only one glass of desalinated water was served to Gen. Pervez Musharraf on its inauguration.

To be honest, DHA Karachi was truly wonderful. Growing up there in the 90s and early 2000s, my childhood was filled with great memories. My neighborhood had Europeans, Canadians, and such a friendly atmosphere. As a teenager, I used to take long walks from Khyban-e-Momin to Creek Club with my dog, back when the Creek Club was still under construction. What an amazing time it was, and the people around were just as wonderful. Sadly, things have changed. DHA now feels like a mess-rich residents, but with miserable standards. I left Pakistan and now live in Germany.
