Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Agar agar powder - 1.5 tbsp
Orange food colour
Salt as required

at first she boiled the Milk and while she was boiling she used vinegar to make the curd. then she drainer the water from that and grinded the cheese with 1/4 cup of milk. Then she mixed 1 table spoon of Gelatine/AgarAgar Powder in 1cup of milk. and lastly she poured the milk in a pan and heated it and then she mixed the grinded cheese mixture and kept stirring until it thickens and it took about 4-5 minutes in her case and added some salt and food colour too. then she poured that in a glass bowl and then frizzed it for a couple of hours and then she made slices of it! Wallah it's ready to eat!

First of all, you have to double-wrap the slices with plastic wrap and put them in a airtight container, then keep them on top inside of the fridge - that's where the temperature is usually the most constant, it may be refrigerated for 1 week. Thanks for watching
