One single spoon of rice can spike me almost out of range sometimes. More than that WILL for sure do so unless I bolus, which I'm not at the moment (long story).
I been eating Basmati rice for years. It's supposed to be slow release for carbs. Cheers mate
It’s slower yes Colin and if you’re not having a problem then no need to fix it 👍
I've been eating brown 🍚 rice instead of white rice .
Great info. Tyvm ❤
What about brown rice it has 38 carbs per serving
Where were you born and raised? Accent? I'm a lifelong resident of the USA. Close to 25 years since I was diagnosed with diabetes.
Hey jack
Born and raised in the south of England 👍
Can you tell me if the patches or the watchers are smoke and mirrors. Can you recommend anyone of these, please. Cheers mate
Sorry Colin not quite understood you there

I’d get a HbA1c first
But to answer your question
No if you don’t have diabetes then you won’t get the symptoms of diabetes. High glucose causes the damage and so if your glucose levels aren’t high and thus normal, then it can’t be damaging.
But sounds horrible the symptoms I hope you feel betrer
