There isn't a huge amount over here, mainly all imported from the USA We do, cats aren't necessary for certain age vehicles, our emissions regulations aren't as strict as in the USA from what I've heard
legostar55 i can get about 16 mpg with my 94 4.9 auto, with 4x4 31s and a small lift, it’s got all the mods done in this video minus the cat delete and it’s got a flow master 10 on it

@@e30graveyard will do, first thing I did was replace my muffler with a glass pack. Haven't found the right pieces to close up the small leak I have though. May just take it to a shop and have them close it up. Side exit before the axle.

Was a long time ago, Ive since sold it, i think o2 sensor was pre cat, and the management seemed very basic, I never had any lights on, it wasn't any faster or better on fuel though
on OBD 1 trucks the o2 is pre-car so the engine computer doesn’t know anything about the converter operation. On OBD II trucks they do have a post cat o2 that does monitor the converter’s operations. some aftermarket mustang sites offer dummy plugs for those sensors that will turn off any MIL problems.
install a transmission controller if you have an automatic transmission made by bonham industries in bypasses the pcm and that should do it also help your transmission to shift better and eliminate a lot of potential problems

93 f150 i6 5spd 4x4 split manifold dual true straights no cats or mufflers with 4 inch tips. Sounds exactly like this but deeper at takeoff speeds

Seems like it doesn't like the automatic. I'd bet it'd be happier with a manual. The 6s with the autos were not known to get the best mileage.

On my 95 I just cut the muffler off. When you're running about 45 or so put it in third and let off the gas and clutch. It will backfire like that

How did you do you straight pipe? One pipe or two?
I welded two flanges on the down pipes at the front.
