I am an aged pensioner .My previous bike was a 100 cc Honda scooter. I bought the 2016 Hayabusa new. I find it is heavy when stopped..but otherwise it behaves itself like a" perfect gentleman " if not agitated by the right hand too much.
I am on day 8 of ownership of my "New" 2013 "Busa", like the one in this clip, and I LOVE IT. Awesome Machine. The power is amazing, and very usable. it is easy to ride around town, smooth no matter what speed you are doing, handles and stops great, and pulls like nothing else I've ever ridden. The switchable mode is there, but honestly, I rode it for a day in C mode, and since then I've left it in A mode. because it's so easy to ride, unless you are an absolute idiot, you are unlikely to get into trouble? Sure, they are VERY FAST, deceptively so, but it all depends on how far you open the throttle? I am restricted to 5.500 revs for the first 1000ks, which I have yet to reach, but honestly, I haven't needed to rev that high, as in top it equates to over 180kph, as I found out in very short order. If you are after a good all round tractable sports bike, I strongly advise you test a Hayabusa.
Dude, The power band is nuts in this thing! I got to 150mph in seconds. Yeah them high rpm's are a bit scary, but once you let lose and go for it, whoa!
some people says that's stupid, useless bike. i say, ride it one, on slow roads, in third-fourth gear, you'll be amazed. this bike gives pleasure also going slow.
Sure kawasaki brought out a 1400 devoid of personality some 15 years later to claim a top spot from a bike that is unchanged in 10 years. Some victory lol
Went one better mate , I am lucky enough to own both machines in 2nd Gen form and get to test them regularly , alternately . Always a heap of big cc fun to ride , and both great project bikes to modify !!
Why change perfection? The Hayabusa is an iconic masterpiece! I've got a 2013 yellow and black special edition model. I absolutely love it!

Proud of you sir... Must have had lots of guts to straight own one of the world's most powerful bikes
The Hayabusa. The bike with nothing to prove.
One of the last all dial dashes. Good on em!
Cracking bike. Love my 2012 (pre-ABS) model. Nice review also.
please give it to me
Nice review, Hate seeing these little pansies who don't understand or know how to ride the bike complaining about the size etc.
amazing channel!
Good Review! :)

The ABS can be disabled by accident a slow-speed wheelie can result in the system deactivating
