MICHAEL!! when i was at Pitt, i was a tour guide for the Nationality Rooms, and Michael Walter was my boss. he's wonderful and is a veritable encyclopedia of art history and Pittsburgh history. i'm so glad you were able to meet him and see the room!
Some of the best times of my misspent youth were years of daily runs exploring the bridle paths built by the WPA in the twenties inside Schenley Park during the time I was living in Oakland. Although I spent a similar amount of time running the Frick Park trails when I later lived in Edgewood, Regent Square, and Forest Hills it just wasn't the same.
Ooo! Love the Clark connection. The last archaeological project I worked on is a descendant of the Clark of Lewis and Clark and I’m sure he’ll get a kick out of learning his Pittsburgh connection.

11:52 I used to work for the university of Pgh. And this room is located right under the 2nd floor bathrooms. And as plumbing always goes there is an occasional pipe leak. Well that happened once in the late 1990’s I was one of the guys tasked to mop up all the filth that dropped its way into that beautiful room. Also that room is said to be haunted by Mary herself. Supposedly she has been seen by the mirrors on the left & right of that big dining table. There are two identical mirrors on the other end of the room. So you can see that if you are in the proper spot you can see yourself so many times over.

Otherwise, awesome video, thumbs up here in words, cuz the hostage scoring algorithms that Alphabet Inc Google TH-cam implement are anti-human anti-life anyway, and I can humanly express that I like things without being forced into behavior that is systemically manipulated and misrepresented anyway. Until decentralization infrastructure exists, centralized services are not reliable, in my opinion.

I still appreciate you and other people, lol, just saw this first video of yours, but Alphabet Inc Google TH-cam, how they manipulate behavior of people, it's so disappointing! And I'm not upset at the people that capitulate, but rather the company that does these human behavior modification things.
I want to have barebones searching algorithms to find videos like I used to be able to find! Nowadays the search results are based on capitulation of human behavior modification, and this is a psychological scam that every person participating in this phenomena should ask themselves what are they really feeding into and who is responsible for the search results based on hostaging slavery phenomena? Is is the fault of the slave masters or the slaves? I can't even search by date on TH-cam, which is definitely a reddest flag of red flags. If lbiraries, e.g. Carnegie Library, ever incorporate these search reuslts into book check out process where authors publishers solicit liking and subscribing makes those results higher than other lower ranked results for not adopting this practice, then that's incredibly disrespectfully anti-human anti-life insulting, lol
