I am a mechanic and I have already noticed several C70 descending engines, here in Brazil Honda launched the C100 Dream in 1993 being produced until 1998, and its successor was C100 Biz, from 1998 to 2005, only changed chassis and fairings, but keeping the same engine. Currently the Biz 125 is in production, but the engine has been modernized. The essence is the same. To ease the dismantling / assembly of the gearbox assembly, simply loosen the two screws of the gear selector drum, so you can remove the whole assembly at one time. Very easy.

Yes, it will fatally mark the sealing faces of the joints; it is best to strike with a nylon hammer on the tip of the crankshaft and on the primary shaft of the transmission. Then the engine blocks separate.

Only loses for the OHV engines of Honda, launched in the CG 125 here in Brazil, this engine remained in line from 1977 until 2005, undergoing updates. Here in Brazil this engine was upgraded to 100cc being produced from 1993 to 2015. But the base design is the same as Soichiro Honda created in the 50's,

オイル管理が良ければ3万km程度なら
余りスラッジは溜まらないそうです。
私のC90も4万km(ボアアップしてからは3万km)で
分解しましたがビデオの半分ぐらいしか溜まっていませんでした。
ただ高出力タイプにポート研磨していたので馬力が上がったせいと
オリジナルの3速ミッションだったので坂道の多い山間部だけでなく
ロングツーリングでも回したので分解時には
カムシャフト・クランク・ミッションのベアリング全てから異音がして
全てのベアリングが要交換になってしまいました。
クラッチ回りはキックのときに滑ったり
エンジンから異音がしなければ
カバーを開ける分解整備をされなくても
基本的に問題は無いかと思います。
ポイント点火タイプなので接点だけは
定期的に点検清掃された方が良いかもしれません。
部品等の費用を考えなければ
最後は個人の判断でされても問題ないとは思います。
ただネジはプラスの頭を舐めない様に気を付けられて下さい。

9:10 that's a big no no, never use crowbar to separate engine cover, it will damage the mating surface, try smash it from side
