I really appreciate that you show “how and why”. Lots of videos andTV shows simply show someone reeling in fish after fish. I’m not interested in watching someone else catch fish. I’m interested in learning how I can catch them. You obviously put a tremendous amount of time, effort, and thought into your productions and it shows.

Perhaps viewers would benefit from checking the research on swim bladder depressurization when pulled from depth. "We recommend artificial swim bladder deflation for largemouth bass showing depressurization signs and caught from depths greater than 6 m." Cite = Laboratory Evaluation of Artificial Swim Bladder Deflation in Largemouth Bass: Potential Benefits for Catch-and-Release Fisheries - Scott P. Shasteen &Robert J. Sheehan. This study is cited by virtually every subsequent researcher on the subject. Six meters = 19.69 feet. While the affects of rapid depressurization increase with higher water temperatures, fish from 40 feet (as your graph shows) suffer considerable trauma and physical damage even in colder water.

Yea I was up around Horseshoe a couple days ago and the shear amount of bait was so overwhelming I just think the bass are gorged.

I’ve rarely been able to get bass to eat on those super mega schools of shad, they are typically gorged, when I do it’s a reaction bite with an obnoxious bait!

Try updating the app in the App Store. Then go to Grand Lake in Oklahoma. We only have water clarity maps for about 10 lakes right now, but we are adding more every day!

Just watched Zaildain on live saying that live scope recording WILL be coming to BASS Live THIS year. Obviously nothing official, but it seems that you were correct in saying it would. And probably way earlier than you may have even thought it would.
Yeah I assumed they would because its pretty boring watching the livestreams when guys are livescoping.

I have always caught more fish that are going after smaller schools of bait fish that goes for all species.
12:18 where it says walls of Shad everywhere, the Shad take the shape of a man about to punch the groups of Shad in small areas LOL at least that's what I'm seeing with my imagination

I really like the Lowrance Hook Reveal units. The 2D sonar is great and downscan and sidescan are good enough in pretty much any situation.
Do you ever use a thumper? Had any luck with it?

That live scope is had to see .
Bass have tail separation that other fish don’t have. Your using that old school color scheme that’s really limiting your visuals. The garmin update was awesome with perspective mode enabled for free. I use color 10 and see everything in good detail. Especially that tail.
I’ll give it a try. I just updated my unit, so I’ll check it out.

Sometimes. But I don’t get many views on my non-electronics videos so I need to use them. I posted a few non-electronics videos this year and they all got 1/3 of the views of my videos with electronics.
I never get bored with my electronics. They help me to be more efficient.
Do you realize Randy undermines everything about how you fish? I'd be separating myself from his crying. Just watched an absolutely despicable videos he posted because he got destroyed in a tournament. Send this dude to pasture.
