+1 I was literally going to make the same comment!! 200% the best Livescope content in the interwebs. I have scoured the net over the past 6 months for tutorials and opinion pieces. This should blow up Mr. @FishTheMoment !
@@FishtheMoment put it up in a couple Livescope FB groups - I actually called Garmin just now and advised escalating to their Social Media team - the dude I spoke with was like O ya we know Jonny & Randy ! Ha!
There is a giddiness in your voice when you catch a fish that gets me excited to get out on the water. Lol!!! I dont have a live scope nor do I intend to get one but dang, I will watch all your videos! You are definitely a wealth of knowledge.
Really enjoying the new videos man, glad that you make them so informational. There’s nobody on TH-cam that can compete with the amount of information you and Randy give out!!
I had a goofing grin come across my face when I saw this notification pop up. Been waiting for this and perfect timing too. I’m ordering mine next week
Just excellent. So well done throughout. School-chasing bass have always been a frustrating nut to crack. Fascinating to actually 'see' what's really going on down there.
good to see that you are releasing bass asap and not put in the live well and release them later and far from where they were, I think the quick they are on their home and the less they suffer
You are Pur De Hell Jonny. I'm sitting here watching this video smh thinking, this guy is a beast! Your Fishing Intelligence is out of this world!!! Thanks for your time and info!
Hi. I fish a small resevoir across the state line, and west of Cincinnati. I don't really bass fish alot but I really like your educational videos. Not just on this subject; but all of your videos. Thanks again!
This video is incredible. You really simplified this for me. I am going to be purchasing the LiveScope product VERY soon!! I am a pretty good angler, but I want to take advantage of some electronics that will enable me to catch more bass.
Johnny, one thing I would have liked to hear you comment on is this, you are only see the true size of a fish on live scope is when the fish is perfectly perpendicular to the beam. If the fish is facing away or toward the beam a big fish will appear much smaller.
Wish you could do some stuff on our northern natural lakes(MN). Love all the info you put out but some of it can be difficult to convert to our fisheries. None the less you have helped me greatly. Thank you
agreeing with all the comments....bu far the best breakdown with actual useful information on the entire livescope system. all others are just useless screen shots 👏
Just found your videos, great education on all the electronics. That shot in the beginning with the fog on the water is one of the coolest frames I've seen!
Jonny, get rid of the grid line for a much more clear picture on the screen. Check out the new perspective mount that goes with the panoptix, that turns the mount sideways, and acts the same as three sixty, but even better. It was great fishing with you on table rock lake. Kentucky
Once again johnny..... excellent video. I got livescope a long time ago and figured this out and actually spoke to you before you got updated electronics for 1 on 1 session breakdown of a lake. Keep it up man.
I like that you use rods and reels like I do, not the super expensive top of the line, but the medium price range that folks like us on a limited budget would pick up at the local shop if you are fortunate enough to have one< or Walmart I have recently started using Dobyms rods and I love it so far , and will probably stick with the fury line. Good Job on the videos , very informative and helpful. Thanks.
I have the live scope and it has not only earned me more fish but it has made me a better fisherman. Glad there’s finally someone out there that isn’t afraid to share their tips. Thanks Jonny
Man! I love this kind of fishing on this video! You got it going on!!! I'm an old guy 77 years old that used to fish a lot for Bass , but nothing like this! The techniques that you have taught your self are pretty awesome. I just got myself a new Garmin echomap ultra 126SV and when I'm not fishing with my older sone for Crappie , I'd like to fish some with my younger son that's 32 years old and see if we can't get into some of this kind of fishing and catch some of those big Mama's ! Thanks a lot for these good videos where you explain exactly what and how you're using these baits to catch these fish!! thanks !!! Jerry Surratt
Excellent and very helpful.. Love that it is still new to you. The excitement conveys! BTW Who and why the heck would somebody thumbs down this video!! SMH
i agree with others, hands down the best livescope video on the net, garmin should be sponsoring you and paying you,,,,,im just disappointed we havent gotten your famous hallmark countdown!, thanks for the video,im very close to buying it i have the echomap plus 9,,so all i need is module
Thanks so much for your videos. I have learned more from you in the short time I’ve been watching your videos than all of the rest of TH-cam combined. Getting ready to drop 3k on Livescope but I have a small lake I fish that it seems like all the fish ever do is roam around chasing schools of bait. I hope I can use what I’ve learned from you and put them in the boat.
Thank you some much for all the great videos you take the time to do . I can totally say I've learned so much from watching them . I find myself watching alot of the same once over and over as I learn so much from them
I just realized what lake you were at lol. Right near me. Can’t wait to get out to some of those “hot spots” if you know what I mean. Thanks for sharing
Separate pole mounts or mounting on your trolling motor is such a debate and tough decision. I went with a separate pole for many reasons. I like using spot lock when the fish are settled in during the spring and manually scanning with my pole. I like to troll along a shore using my autopilot and aiming my live scope at the shore or the drop-offs. I love that I can use the calibrate/compass with no magnetic interference.
Just installed Livescop on my boat. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but this video sure did help me pre learn as to how to use it effectively. Great video!
Outstanding video! And good timing for me. I ordered a new boat that just arrived. I bought 2 Garmins plus a Livescope. This video will be a big help in getting started.
Thanks for the encouragement to jump into the transducer investment for my new 93VS. It's really painful to spend this kind of money on an electronic gadget to catch more fish but I've realized it's potential. Many technique's and scenario's it can be used for like eliminating unproductive docks and riprap and searching out those offshore schools etc. Great tips on differentiating species with live scope. Thanks for your contribution with this. And everything else. You and Randy rule!
Exceptional video, plain and simple. Amazes me there are actually down votes... can't please everyone I guess. Thank you for going into detail regarding the different baits, heads, hooks, setups you use. Keep up the great work / videos; absolutely love your enthusiasm.
kept that 6.02 lb out of the water a bit long. Especially at 25Ft. as they get the bends unless released quickly to equalize. But super great video thank you. Great job.
I cannot wait until spring in Michigan, so I can use my livescope and my 360. Watching your videos is so helpful in utilizing that equipment. Another great video!
Great information Johnny I can’t wait to put mine to work this season. Garmin needs to add a feature call it live waypoint where you waypoint the school and it follows the school automatically of course you would need the garmin force to link it to but hey I can see it working
That is really cool footage. Now, to come up with $3000. I'd call someone stupid for spending this kind of money but hey, I bought a Pulsar Thermal scope to hunt pigs at night so I have no room to talk!
Jonny your crushing it brother! Thanks for taking the time to teach us! Your video’s and knowledge are incredible. I watch everyone of them! Keep it up!
Great video 👍 But I couldn’t find any video on mounting livescope on a minn kota ulterra in which I later was told by my marine store that you “can’t”mount that to an ulterra 😩 so I had to fabricate a pvc pole
You and John from Basstank are gonna change the game man. I wonder if this type of behavior occurs in other seasons that we just don't know about yet. Or is this just a winter time deal.
I am definitely sold on Live Scope, and Panoptics before that. I would love to do a setup on my predator pdl kayak! I just upgraded to a Ti2 9" so I have to be happy with that for a while. Lol. Love the content!
This is the best live scope video on the net. Finally someone has the intellect to make a good one. Thx
Glad you enjoyed!

Glad you enjoyed the video! I won’t be using Livescope in every video. Just when it feel like I need it to catch certain fish like in this one.
I learn more on watching your videos, than anyone else on TH-cam including some pros.I’m not kidding I really do. Thank you so much young man!
This is the best video on the internet that really explain and shows how to understand live scope. A Plus....
This should have more views than any other livescope video out there, absolutely spot on
Really enjoying the new videos man, glad that you make them so informational. There’s nobody on TH-cam that can compete with the amount of information you and Randy give out!!

And nice to see you arent pushing $200 reels. You are freaking so down to earth! Much success to you.
@Emmanuel Goldstein tool!
good to see that you are releasing bass asap and not put in the live well and release them later and far from where they were, I think the quick they are on their home and the less they suffer
No reason to put them in the live well in my opinion!
Great stuff...always love the animation you add to the screen...makes it so easy to understand what you mean....keep up the great work and thanks.
Thank you - this video is the best info on how to use Livescope on the web😀👍
Love to see more🙏
Very impressive video. Not only the catching but the editing skills are next level. Thanks for sharing Johnny.
Love your videos man. You are the best bass teacher on you tube in my opinion. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed!
By far the best explanation video on panoptic’s/live scope. Keep on hustling thank you for the info
Glad you enjoyed!
I just bought 2 new Garmin UHD 95 SV. Looks like I am going to buy the livescope sooner than later now:)

What a teacher .good job Johnny
This content is fire! Please keep producing the livescope " how to find and determine bass"

Give credit where credit is due - Awesome video. As good as you are as an angler, the case can be made that you are even better at video production.
Great info thanks
The livescope is also a game changer in perspective move via bedfishing and fishing off points and fishing structure. I whack with perspective mode.
Great video Jonny!

Thank you great video
My hummingbird Helix 9 which is hooked up on my trolling motor does same thing.
wow, that was very helpful, thanks for explaining in detail!
Awesome content as usual. Great job on this one Jonny.
Johnny that video was awesome. You are a pro Johnny no doubt about it. How much did your best 5 weight. I’m guessing at least 25 lbs.
I am definitely sold on Live Scope, and Panoptics before that. I would love to do a setup on my predator pdl kayak! I just upgraded to a Ti2 9" so I have to be happy with that for a while. Lol. Love the content!
FIRE video nicely done🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🍻
