@@ohshoot444 now we are. Last couple months been crazy. Wife had to have another heart ablation done. Then both of our parents been having issues. I spent alot of time with them at hospital. Thats why I’ve been slack on your videos. Hope yall are doing well!
My mom bought a Mod 25 back in 1958… I still have it, and it shoots 2” groups at 75 feet. I love it, so much history and it still fires like it did when new. Thanks for the Vid!
I got this plinker rather than the red ryder because it can load the BBs faster and I do not need to take my aim off the target. I glued on a short picatinny rail along the top in front of the rear sight and installed a cheap red dot and I have been having fun with this thing ever since. I never regretted my decision of choosing this over the red ryder.
Such a fun gun to shoot! I discovered a slick way to load mine. I tilt the barrel up a bit, place my thumbnail at the downward edge of the loading hole and slide the BBs down the groove. I do still spill a view, but it seems to work well.
Great look at the Daisy 25, Travis. I don't know anything about these youth pump BB air rifles. The Daisy looks good. I've see a Winchester Model 12 youth pump BB gun too. I don't know if there is any performance differences between the 2 but I like the looks of the Winchester a little better. The Winchester's pumping action and looks are more traditional shotgun in nature. While the Daisy looks to be more old time cowboy in appearance. Both are probably great youth shooters! Awesome work as always.
The Winchester is all plastic easy to cock, weak shooting, and not very accurate. The old timey #25 is all wood and steel(mostly), hard shooting, and pretty accurate. It can tire the arms after a while!💪
@@robbinparker4382 It's nice the old timer is metal. I seen the Winchester was a replica shotgun with wood stock. Didn't know the rest was cheap plastic?
I have 2 and its fun as hell sitting down with a friend and drinking some beers and plinking some cans
My first BB gun. I'm 73 and it's great to see this awesome gun. Made in China is sad. Thanks for sharing!
I know, but it’s a good gun!
Cut my teeth as a kid with the model 25.
Man I love those daisy pump action bb guns they are sooo cool!
I had a mod 25 when i was a kid like 55 years ago. lol, back when they were American made !

We’re doing pretty good. Can’t complain about too much. I’ve been waiting for something to pop up though.

Great air rifle. Nothing like it. Daisy was excellent back then.

If you need the perfect target for that gun, gives us a look!

Why are the BB guns given the wood and metal treatment? If they can do that with red Ryders and model 25s, why can’t they do it with the 880?!
So true, but if they did it with the 880, it would add $50.00 to the price
@@timmy4539 but if it was a option it would increase sells
