This channel exists to document unit counters within StarCraft 2. Tya's Unit Tournament features epic battles between units in StarCraft 2, using music from the game's soundtrack. Units are chosen from Protoss, Terran and Zerg forces, or a coop commander such as Raynor, Nova, Artanis, or Kerrigan. Units will independently use their abilities, in a basic way. All units use Legacy of the Void stats, the same units you'd see in SC2 esports controlled by the likes of Serral, Maru, and ByuN. The resource beneath vespene is the unit's cost in the mod I run on the SC2 arcade, Direct Strike. Enjoy!
Tychus didn't get to check engine lights this time :( The question is not "can Dehaka take an Odin", but "how many Odins does it take to take Dehaka". Also this is the first time I have seen Aegis Guards lose.
And all it took was twelve times as much minerals and three times as much supply.

I have to admit that I was suprised in round 1 - Odin lasted longer then I expected LOL.
3/4 - expected Xel'Naga Enforcers (why are you calling them Zeratul's Immortal anyway? They have official name you know...) to be as effective against air, as Vanguards are against ground. Aegis Guards did better then expected.
Do 50 Wrathwalkers vs Dehaka.
Opposite for me as far as Aegis guard foes, I count them as doubly upgraded Marauders (super Marauders), while I count Zeratul's Stalkers as simple upgraded Stalkers. Seeing that Marauders counter Stalkers and their quality is better, I thought they got that one in the bag.
As Far as the Xel'Naga Enforcers go, Primal Guardians rarely lose in these videos, and in this case they only won with overwhelming resources/numbers advantage, so it's not like it was a shamefull loss for the Enforcers.
@@Kaefer1973 While ignoring the massive Stimpack and Shield that Aegis gets, they are pretty close to just upgraded Marauders. Xel'naga Ambushes are about as far from simply upgraded Stalkers as you can get though. Even ignoring their massively upgraded damage over regular Stalkers, Ambushers get 3 damn charges of blink and leave behind a Void Apparition that attacks once for 50% of the Ambusher's weapon damage. That amount of Aegis never stood a chance.

The only solutions are to not give him devour, or change devour to not be able to eat hero units.
That or make it 2 vs 1. Let Dehaka eat one, and let the other one to 1vs1 Dehaka

I learned very fast in this channel never to bet against Dehaka.
I knew Aegis Guards were good but I overestimated their power vs Stalkers, whoops
I also overestimated Immortals, but figured Sentinels could take it
No, you overestimated their power vs Zeratul's Stalkers specifically, which have much higher damage than regular Stalkers, *and* their Blink leaves behind a Void Apparition that attacks once for 50% Stalker damage.

Fight 3: had zeratul side got 30 immortal zeratul side would’ve won. Aoe cannon is brutal.
Fight 4: having one revival chance every 60?, 120? Seconds is pretty good. Swap equal cost legionnaire idk if they would still win.
