Thanks for reviewing another tv box, and yes this is a budget H96 variant, with almost a similar look to a 2019 or 2020 Model H96 Max X3 also circular but without the Dolphin, plus the option to change the preferred apps in the homescreen is good for you cannot do it on other rooted H96 Max variant and they have an almost similar looking homescreen, this only has 100mb LAN though but with android 13 OS, nice even though some won't like the GPU but since this is on a budget and just 32bit I think its an okay GPU for light games and Watching videos and movies. I have this TV BOX, but I would like Android Mobile instead of Android Tv on it. The Play Store have very few apps. Do you know if exist the firmware to change Android Tv to normal Android? Just purchased and set up my H96. It seems to work quite well, if a bit slow and clunky. However, disappointed that my box only has 16gb storage. If I knew there was a choice I'd have paid a bit more for 64GB.
I just bought this device. It seems the version of default netflix app is for pad/tablet, not for television. I didnt find any compatible version of “netflix for tv” for this device. Would you help me? I want to watch netflix on this device with television version. Thanks
can I add a few HDD's to this via usb and then share them like a nas. I know transfer speed will be low before /anyone/ starts about usb hdd's but its about archiving not playing 4k movies off them
I just purchased this unit 4gig/32mb storage and its descent, it's quite fast actually and works well for TH-cam videos and for scrolling through TH-cam content however... the remote control is S@#T in Netflix I can't scroll through the movies at all, it's useless. In TH-cam Music the same thing. The remote cannot scroll seamlessly, using the pointer to scroll and pick a playlist or a song is very slow compared to a Minix U9 remote. Is there a better remote option for this unit?
Un fraude esos lentos aparatos, no funciona claro video, disney, hbo etc.. las aplicaciones se cierran solas, no se apaga se pone en suspension, es lento, es una porquería que solo sirve para youtube, el navegador no muestra las pestañas de favoritos y no todas las paginas abren, el navegador a veces se queda en el viaje y no abre ni la pagina de google.

Like most things ...you get what you pay for. As a first box I don't think you'd be disappointed with most applications.

Are you sure it's displaying 4K image? At 6:06 you see that the viewport is 1080p

for these purposes, they have not yet come up with a processor better than Amlogic. Only on it it is possible to implement AFR

32Gb should really be the minimum in these streaming boxes. Dont know what they bother with 8 and 16GB.
