Only in the Disney and Max apps the mouse or remote control does not capable to play the current or pending stream. I mean, i can navigate through the catalog in both apps, but when i choose a movie to see, i click on it, but doesn't open my choice like no click action. Only in Disney and Max, Because in Netflix or TH-cam it works well. Do you know a related issue like this, or where can i get help for this. Thanks in advance.
