I didn't realize what the 'flying gantry' meant until it dawned on me the bed is fixed at it's location, meaning I could add any type of tool to work with: Pick & Place, Laser, Engraver, and of course multiple heads for different colors. My thanks go to Sovol for they have created a machine at a price that can print well and be expanded cost effectively. Nice work on your setup, looks like your shelving can hold a few tons.
i guess you are the first one who has done it for the sv08 :D Very cool. Maybe I should buy a sv08 too. Is there a reason why you went for the stealthchanger and not the tapchanger? Would love to see more content about this!
very good concept. i like it. Just the speed of changing is too low. 6 layers in 12 minutes. if you have a normal print with 1000 color changes, it will take weeks. speed up the changes and will be perfect.

Stealthchanger is easier to assemble and more accurate nozzle movements.
Not the first one. Look at the fb user groups and you see a few people doing that with 4/5 heads. I think 5 is the biggest number of toolheads
Nice!
Thanks!

Speed is slow for a reason till I feel comfortable speeding things up. The z speed will be the downfall of the setup unless you swap to ldo motors.
I have everything slow till dock and undocking of tools are flawless.
how 😅
?
@@3dcustoms762 i would love to see how this was done
It cost like $600 in parts
@@NoMercyFtw for the SV08? i’d love to see a tutorial of some kind lmao
@@ItzRyanF00 there was a post on the SV08 group on Facebook someone inviting anyone to do it
