Loved it with the Stability ball, got me moving this am b4 my next workout! Iam so lucky to get to do Ursulas yoga in person also, but also love to do her videos at home on my own- each one is so great no matter what levels you are at!!!
I loved this as I have stiff lower back so it felt great while getting nice gentle stretch. It was a bit fast for me, but I'm sure that I will remember these poses after a few repetitions. Hint to others: Make sure your ball is large enough and fairly firm with air. Thank you Ursula.
