    Thank you! I'm a young 46 and usually active in dance, jazzercise, walking, pilates, etc...had breast cancer last year and a bad back injury from some yard work. No matter how active I am, I still wake most mornings so stiff and in slight pain. Going to add this to my morning routine after my walk and/or other exercises. Thanks again ❤

    Cindy, I was excited to see this video in my feed and couldn’t wait to try it. This is my new favorite morning stretch routine. I foresee doing this first thing every morning. Thank you for everything you do. You are making a significant difference in my quality of life.

    This is my favorite video for low back stiffness and pain. I use it at least twice a week because it works. I’m 62 Cindy is just my speed! Thanks Cindy!
