Love all your classes. They have made lockdown a little less intorerable. That said, I do have one request: could you possibly do another class with the large pilate ball? I loved this video, but I had to modify for my range of motion. Being a senior 70+ some of the movements were challenging. Would certainly love if you did some videos for seniors. ❤️

It's ok to feel wobbly - after all it's a ball! it gives us great feedback, so just keep patient and you will get more steadier and feel the benefits, Kathy! 🙏🏼😊🙏🏼

I quite enjoyed this workout. Question about the side lying series. Is your whole body weight supposed to be pressing into the ball?

Hi Katya, I just did this class for the first time this morning using my niece’s ball. It has bobbles over half of its surface. This means it grips well on the mat but sometimes I found the bobbless protruded into the back of my head. In the final exercise you included, balancing with the back of one foot on the mat and the other on the floor, I think the ball would have escaped without the extra grip the bobbles gave it. I’m thinking of buying a ball of my own and I notice you use a smooth one. Is this the type you would recommend?
Hi Sally, thank you for practicing with me. Yes, it seems your ball with the bobbles works. I have only worked with one with a smooth surface. I guess it makes it more challenging to keep balance and stability. important though is it's fully blown up so it is very firm. 😊

I loved this workout. My left is the most unbalanced. So i cheated and used a chair for the single leg squats at the end.
Well done, brilliant adaptation using the chair... one day you will surprise yourself using the ball even for the left side 🙏🏼😊🙏🏼
