Great work mate. Really. Another little tip after sanding is to wash the blaster in dish soap, and when dry wipe down the blaster with a high percentage isopropyl alcohol. It helps to degrease the surface from left over oils and those off your hands and skin, and it also primes the surface ready for paint.
COBBAcrazy Just be careful with the alcohol on areas of paint that you don't essentially want to take right back as it will strip some types extremely easily.
What would you think of using a scotch brite style mop on a bench grinder for basic ‘sanding’? Plenty of different grits available and the mops conform beautifully to detailed, non flat surfaces.
Quick question though, I'm reading online that prepping and primer is not needed for Vynil Dye with Nerf Blasters, have you ever tried not using the primer?
