Bro... your footage looks dope AF! Are you using any sort of aftermarket lens? ND filter? Filter effect in your editing software? When you are stopped and look left to right, I can see something different in the footage and I think that lends itself to why it looks so dope when you're ripping on the trails. Maybe it's your specific export setting or the format you capture your footage in? Maybe it's all of these things combined! Please share your secret. The footage is too good! Kudos to you man.
Thanks Man! You are asking all the right questions, and you clearly have an eye for it, so I have a lot for you. No aftermarket lens. Nd filter, yes, ND 32. Shooting at 24 FPS with the shutter speed tuned down to 1/48. That's how to get that motion blur. That difference you see when I look left to right is the Hyperview setting on the GoPro. It's the widest field of view, showing more sky and bike but it squishes the frame to make it fit and you get that weird distortion when turning your head. I dont like that, but the hyperview shows the speed better and thats why I use it. The other drawback is it does not show the steepness at all. Makes everything looks way less gnarly so there is a trade off. Finally, I color-grade the footage with Davinc Resolve ( It's free) That step really makes it feel more immersive. Making everything pop. I shoot in a flat color profile and the raw video looks really dead, but after color grading, it really comes alive. You are right. It is all these things combined. People think it's the camera, but it's more about the camera settings and the tweaking of the colors after, that give it this look. Hope that helps :)
@@B-LeeRides bro... I supper appreciate the explanation! All of this makes perfect sense. Thank you for such a detailed response! You've definitely got me subscribed! Keep making awesome content. I'll be watching! When I make a video with these settings, I'll be sure to shout you and your channel out in the video! I can't get over how good your footage looks!
@@B-LeeRides I just realized I'm rocking a GorPro 10 which doesn't have the hyperview setting so I won't be able to totally emulate your footage, but I'll see what I can get with what I have!
I like the music a lot actually. This was a soothing video, loved hearing the 350 rip. Makes me want to go ride

@TrailTuneUp thanks bro. I just subscribed to your channel as well
@TrailTuneUp No worries, just use superview. It will look great. Superview is probably a better all around setting anyway
I was just there 3 weeks ago, very challenging place if you want it to be.
