    I think the Hy Road line in the Storm brand was really ahead of its time. The OG came out in 2008 and is still in the current line today… the inverted FE squared technology was revolutionary and they keep building on that even in 2021 with the addition of the Hy Road Max to complement the OG and the pearl… fantastic line of balls

    Brunswick Rhino pro X or 10 a decade of dominance which some called it! Was ahead of its time. Absolutely loved that ball always said they should of come back out with it! Nothing back in the 1990's hooked as amazing as that ball.

    Got my EVO solid this past Monday. Ab-so-lute-ly incredible. So versatile from any part of the lane on any lane condition. I credibly smooth shape and never loses energy at the back end. Always continuous through the pins. This solid is a must have.

    The original Faball Hammer bowling balls from the early mid 80's. They may have been the first bowling balls with a symmetrical weight block. Most were just a pancake weight block back then.

    OG Track Critical Mass comes to mind, first ball to feature Ceramicore which helped lead to all the high flaring core designs we see today. The Evo pearl looks like it'll be in play a lot more than the solid for most league bowlers unless you bring the surface up a bit.

    • @timnelson832
      @timnelson832 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Track Critical Mass was a great ball. I remember dad having the OG purple ball and he handed it down to me. Ball was awesome. I loved the Piranha/C when I had it as well. They need to bring back the Ceramicore balls!

    I like that you touched on the subject of hitting balls with surface. Many times over the years, I see people not quite get the motion they're looking for out of a ball and just give up on it. When I first got my Proton Physix, it was a tad early for my liking. I took the surface up just a pinch to give it slightly more length as you did to the Evo Solid here and now I love the look it gives me.

    It would be great to do a ball comparison between the Quantum Bias and Bias Pearl with the Quantum Evo and Evo pearl. I would like to see both Brando and Barko do a head-to-head comparison.

    Little throwback to the Morich Nsane LevRG. This ball was niche but had the power and reliability for an asym pearl paired with cutting edge core technology back in 2007. I throw this ball to this day and the carry is still wonderful.
