I'm a stroke survivor with left side spasticity and somehow have developed a partial tear in the rotator cuff. I'm going to physical therapy and it's been seeming to help. I'm also using a tens unit to help with the pain and icing as well. It's been a month of going to physical therapy. All of these have dramatically been making me feel better. Your videos are informative. Thank you. I'm a new subscriber.

I've been able to relieve shoulder pain by pressing my hands together in prayer pose, then by slowly raising my arms up and down while maintaining the pressing together of my hands. There may be pain points at certain levels of raising and lowering. At these points, I stop and maintain the pressing. Then after maybe a count of 10, I resume raising and lowering. This has worked for me over the years. I think the pain originated by sleeping on my sides with my shoulders likely getting a lot of weight on them for extended periods of sleep. So, I try not to sleep on my sides anymore.

I have upper right arm pain and shoulder pain now and then, depending on the movement or burden, since January 10,2022, ten days after my 2nd corona vaccine. Have been several times to an orthopedic, ultrasound, 4-5 cortisone injections, physical therapy, Schock wave therapy because of a small calcification in my shoulder. Orthopedic said inflammation of the muscle. My question is, can this come from my 2 nd Corona injection? Or maybe overuse ? I do regular exercises for my arms. Have not Taken any pain medication. Can I take low dosage aspirin to lessen or heal the inflammation? I rub everyday Voltaren, or Mobilat or Ibuprofen or CBD cream, or arnica Montana, or Ketoprofen. I cannot completely rest my arm because of housework here at home. But I wear compression support for my arms .
