    Thank you for considering the idea for showing exercise for stiff men. I am truly one, and I have looked for yoga tips that would work for me.
    You obviously don’t know what it means to be stiff man. The first sitting position shows that you don’t. Same with the second thing with flapping your knees like a butterfly. I do not have any hope to get anywhere near to those sitting poses.
    I am still looking for tips for truly stiff men. Keep trying.

    lul 14:11 was to hard for me. I couldn't stand anymore. I tried however ^^
