Thank you for considering the idea for showing exercise for stiff men. I am truly one, and I have looked for yoga tips that would work for me. You obviously don’t know what it means to be stiff man. The first sitting position shows that you don’t. Same with the second thing with flapping your knees like a butterfly. I do not have any hope to get anywhere near to those sitting poses. I am still looking for tips for truly stiff men. Keep trying.

You may already have a video/comment train covering this, if so great, point us in that direction, if not I’d love to hear what we’re some of the points looking back that you wish you knew or that you think are important to know both regarding physically being in Sweden and also setting up a life in Sweden aka banking, moving wealth from Aus to Sweden, land purchase, healthcare etc.. anyways enough said, if you’s have a moment to respond that’d be heaps appreciated, otherwise perhaps an idea for a future vid 👌🏼 Cheers, Mats

I dont think they're in Sweden when shooting this. A normal spring day in Sweden has atleast 10 minutes hail, atleast one hour of spontaneous rain and sun may occur (*sun is not included). 😃🤷‍♂️

jag kan berätta att stor majoritet av patienter på beckomberga mentalsjukhus är invandrare. det är mycket skrämmande. Det pågår mycket diskriminering och mycket hatbrott i sverige. Jag fattar inte vad denhär tjejen fått så mycket pengar att berätta lögner. detta är falsk bild av sverige. Jag är högutbildad invandrare som har flyttat till England. Jag mår mycket bättre här. Här kostar inte vård alls, ett besök på vårdcentral här är helt kostnadsfritt, tandläkare är mycket billigare etc. attityden är mycket vänligare och samhället är inte segregerad.

I am trying to learn Swedish but in the meantime can I get a job in Sweden while still in America without knowing Swedish? I want to move there but I don't know any Swedish people so I can't get a residential permit, I can't afford tuition which Americans have to pay for in Sweden, which leaves me with a work visa. I'm using Duolingo to try to learn and listening to music in Swedish and video in Swedish.
