2003 Chevrolet Impala won't start. "Passlock 2" Anti-Theft System failure. (Quick Fix)

This is just a mini help tutorial video for anyone having this problem. My 2003 Chevrolet Impala started having "Anti-Theft" issues. The "Security" light on the dashboard comes on when I'm driving. The problem didn't seem to start until I programmed a "Keyless Entry" remote to it. Car sometimes won't crank start,.Not often though. The system thinks someone is trying to steal your car. Even the owner can be mistaken as well.
