When my late father went to the doctor just a few years ago, they came out of said, "What are you still doing here." They immediately gave him a stent and a bunch of medications. I tried to tell my sister that statin was killing him. It was all downhill from there. The staten atrophied every muscle in his body, including his heart. And eventually took his mind and his personality. When he stopped eating, he died. His parents and my mom's parents were lucky enough to die at home in their sleep. 8:10 Raw milk cured all my ailments eighteen years ago. But carnivore with it's beaf and bacon has taken me to a whole other level.

As one who started looking into nutrition in the spring of 2018 I came across a video first about how bad ‘vegetable’ oils are for us. Then I came across keto and researched it for several months before starting it. My husband’s worsening diabetes was the catalyst. For those of us who are not ‘educated’ in the medical field I believe we come into this with a more open mind and can evaluate information with less bias than doctors who rely heavily on their education which often gives them a superior attitude. We went full carnivore in the fall of 2020. Husband is off ALL meds and we have never felt better.

Oh seed oils ARE SUPER BAD.
Even if you change to say beef fat or coconut oil tomorrow it will take between 2 to 3 years for these multitude of toxins to get out of our adipose tissues and mitochondria cells, etc.
Sweating can decrease this time closer to 2 years maybe less depending on diet.
Muscles retain this stuff, hence why exercise to past the point of sweating works the best and is important for many other reasons anyway.
Check out this interview that Dr Berry did with Dr Chris Knobbe.
      It’s absolutely spot on.
In fact it’s one of the reasons why I will minimise pork, chicken and farmed fish.
Speaking of fish, larger fish species can be unhealthy even if wild caught. Sardines are “ok”…but ONLY in water.
Olive oil is between 1-51% pure, median (average 30%), so not only are you paying for crap, but it’s likely a cheaper “filler oil” being unhealthy.
You also need to consider linoleic acid content (Omega 6) levels is various animal sources.
I’ve probably spent 300 plus hours listening to all I can.
You are your best advocate, research is critical in this area as your life is at stake.
Your no good to either yourself or your loved ones. Trust me I know this first hand having had one hell of a ride with my health journey. My poor family went through hell with me. Now, I’m much healthier, but I know I have a long way to go.
LOL! I just read your comment. Thanks to speed reading I thought you said “just how bad are vegetable oils”.

      @@connieschultz2027 You asked... lol
Glyphosate is a mineral chelator. It chelates copper be;low the pH of stomach acid. IOW, it depletes your food-based copper intake -- the best form available for ingestion.
Why is copper important? It is so important that the information is occulted by the global financier 'Blue Bloods.' Blue Blood refers to copper status in the blood -- and the top of the money chain literally names themselves after it. Do you think they think it is trivial? The science is clear that mitochondrial energy production, iron recycling and antioxidant enzymes all depends on copper status. Every O2 molecule you breath has to be processed by copper activated cytochrome c oxidase. The 'chrome' in the name actually refers to the color copper gives the enzyme. Copper is also required to make heme... so your hemoglobin depends on copper status, too.Lysyl oxidase depends on copper status as well -- so all your tissue integrity depends on copper.
Copper, in the wrong form, which is included in the pill (and toxic iron in the faux-cebo), is toxic.
Copper needs to be complexed in an enzyme called ceruloplasmin, which translates into, you didn't guess it, 'blueblood.' Surprise, surprise!
ATP7B is the enzyme that loads this copper into ceruloplasmin to transport the copper and to activate the copper to perform 25ish functions in the human body.
ATP7B requires retinoic acid and magnesium in order load the copper into ceruloplasmin.
I'm not guessing. These are facts not shared with your doctor, but are trivial to validate that this is establishment biochemistry I'm sharing with you. NOBODY debates it from the establishment.
Ascorbic acid strips the copper atoms from the ceruloplasmin enzyme.
Vitamin D supplements deplete retinol, the parent of retinoic acid. The deplete bio-copper status as well.
Iron supplements and fortification (a type of hidden supplement) are toxic to both copper, magnesium, and the entire body. Health has cratered since they were added to the food supply and promoted to pregnant women and everyone with anemia.
Since copper is required to make heme, and a literally tsunami of toxic iron has been supplemented into the food supply, how do they know that anemia, which is low iron in the blood only, is not caused by copper depletion due to iron overload?
They don't know. They don't look, and nearly all don't care because this knowledge doesn't feed their wallet or ego.
Liver cures anemia, and just happens to have 120x more copper than iron compared to muscle meat. A Nobel Prize was given for discovering that a copper-rich meat, which was formerly ubiquitous in the food supply, cured anemia.
The Blue Bloods don't finance these truths into their for=profit medical system. Wellness is a threat to their business model.
Zinc chelates copper via metallothionein production.
Carbohydrate metabolism burns magnesium, which can rate limit bio-copper production.
Calcium out competes and depletes magnesium as well. D supplements hyperenergize calcium, which depletes magnesium. Most drugs deplete magnesium.
Neither copper nor magnesium are listed on nutrition labels.
All those nutrients 'fortified' into the food supply pretty much are there to drive more of the toxic iron into the cells faster.
Morley Robbins is your go-to information source. He has a ton of videos on YT.

Then He instructed me to put the words in the computer the dentist office gave me, after I asked them what material was in the Root Canal! I put in the words Gutta Percha and my eyes got opened to the Horror of what they did to me 2 1/2 years earlier!!! Death, was the last side effect and I almost died several times with it, in and out of the ER also!!! They don’t have a clue how to treat it, especially after you go into seizures! I had to tell them how to stop it, as Jesus Told me and even tho it worked, the stupid doctor, referred me to a psychiatric doctor! 🤨 😳

Poisoning is a little too aggressive word to use. Most manufactures assemble and sell what the food scientists create. The sole focus of these people is to create something that tastes better than the product next to them on the store shelf. They use colors, odors and mouth feel. Which is why they have flour in Twizzlers. It firms up the stick of sugar and flavor as well as gives it a kind of al dente texture that has proved popular.
The only way to defeat the system is to educate as many people as possible and vote with your dollars.

I am from the Philippines. In the 60's , they demonized the coconut oil that we have used for generations for cooking , and all sorts of things. Then came corn oil and veg. Oils. I am 71 y.o.

I am 60 and on the carnivore diet. Unfortunately I didn't learn of it until after my quadruple bypass surgery. I'm in the best shape I've been in since wrestling in college. Honestly the hardest part of the transition to carnivore was breaking the conditioning that the medical and media indoctrinates you with. Anyway, I have a friend who's my age. He's overweight, not morbidly obese, but overweight. He has type 2 diabetes and other medical problems, gout, hypertension ect. I've tried and tried to get him to give carnivore a shot, but the sugar/carb addiction is to strong with him. He just can't stop. You can lead a horse to water!

Thank you, Dr Berry. I have watched many of your videos, but this one really resonates with me. Just over a year ago, when I was feeling very unwell, I knew I had to find the root cause of my health problems (in retrospect, I was clearly pre-diabetic). I came across Robert Lustig, Sten Ekberg, your good self, and many others, and started reading the scientific papers. I cut out all ultra-processed products (I won't call them food!), seed oils and starchy vegetables. The results are as obvious to you as they were amazing to me: reversal of all signs and symptoms of type 2 Diabetes. I could be angry about all the misinformation, fake science and ignorance, but that would be pointless. I am grateful for those, like you, who stand up and speak truth. Thanks again. Iain.

I used to work in R and D for one of the top 3 processed food companies in the U.S. Yes, these companies do evil things but they formulate products based on taste, cost, convenience and health. They bring in different groups of people and they try different formulations to see which one people like. Every company tries to determine what maximizes liking. I've never heard a discussion on some evil plot on "how do we make things more addictive". The big problem is that people like products that are high in fat, sugar and salt. They also won't pay more than a certain amount and desperately want convenience. Products that are cheap and convenient contain processed carbs. In a capitalist society, you have to provide a product people want to stay in business. Of the categories in mentioned (taste, cost convenience and health), health rates dead last for the vast majority of consumers. I was around for several efforts by my company to make some products healthier. Sales tanked every time because the product didn't look as good, tastes as good or it cost more. The truth is companies sell crap because that's what people want. There is a niche market for healthy products but its pretty small.

I don't see how it's possible for a packaged food product that uses so many different ingredients to actually be cheaper when 15 or more ingredients are used when realistically the same thing can be made with like 5 ingredients. That's a whole bunch of extra ingredients to purchase which just makes an excuse for them to charge more saying that we have all these ingredients we have to purchase to make the product. Which is a flat out lie. I wouldn't doubt that certain food product manufacturers are in contract with the FDA to have to use certain ingredients in their products like some fake list they made up saying if u produce these products then these are required ingredients for use to help protect the quality or some other fake excuse that tricks corporations into using them. And like how do u manufacture food in the first place? U dont the manufacturing comes in with all the synthetic ingredients and the processing machines that force the ingredients to combine. cuz it's not food with the ingredients used it's a food product as in a product that can be used as food in a pinch or an emergency is more the truth. Real food is not manufactured. Especially when the ingredients are also manufactured especially when those ingredients are manufactured by chemical plants the same plants that manufacturer western medicine which all the chemicals are manufactured from the same source petroleum oil. Anyone that has to have the food product bright yellow to taste good is already missing a few upstairs when the color of the product does nothing for the taste maybe bright yellow dog turds taste better then brown ones? Come on. All that time the food companies waste for profit is and does make people sick wether u like it or not. U don't know how all the ingredients they use are manufactured. Like citric acid does not come from citrus fruit or trees. No Pfizer owns the patent on Citric acid. It's made from feeding black mold a sugar or starch product then they supposedly filter that out from the mold after it processed the sugar or starch product then use some type of acid I think phosphoric acid then wash it with something else then dry it and bam u got citric acid and thats what almost every packaged food product and drinks have for an ingredient. It's like why do I need more citric acid in my canned fruit? What a joke. When the ingredients are known to be made in a lab then u should automatically already know they are bad for people and if u don't believe that then the dollar signs have all ur attention.

Whenever I see a product on the shelf at the grocery store now that has a picture of a heart and states that it’s “Heart Healthy”, it infuriates me. I fell into the BS years ago and even though I started an “Atkins” style diet and lost 97 lbs. in 9 months, I was still using Canola oil for certain things. I used mostly Olive oil, didn’t use too much butter because of the triglycerides BS I heard from my “Wellness Clinic” at work. I’m SO happy I opened up my mind to the possibility that I was being conditioned for a premature death by sticking to what they told me. I was told to eat red meat once a month, not to eat eggs or butter, but to use margarine and eat only lean beef or chicken & turkey. “Eating fat would make me fat”, they said. Wow! I’ve come a long way and I’m SO HAPPY I eat the way I do now. I’m not much of an organ meat fan but I do like liver sausage (although it’s processed). Listening to REAL Doctors like the both of you has saved me from a life of medical problems. I’ve always thought there has always been a cure for cancer and it was being hidden from us and I guess I was right but not in the way I had originally thought. This is EPIC information for anyone looking to improve their health! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

A "hidden" sugar many are not aware of is in tobacco. There is some sugar in tobacco naturally, the manufacturers add more sugar! Why? What I interpreted in the study on pubmed, it makes cigs/tobacco products more addicting. Sugar is everywhere!

I have four children to feed and a tall husband, going on carnivore is not realistic (we’ve tried!) financially. We do a kind of ketovore for the boys (husband and two teenage boys) and keto for the girls (me, teenager and 10 year old). We are all happy and feel great. The rocket lettuce (arrugala) definitely helps with SIBO in the boys and my husband I will say also! We are all coconut oil, olive oil and butter, excellent. ❤❤ 🇮🇪 ☘️

A large part of the issue is that most of the nutritional information we use comes from the formulation of animal feeds. We know more about getting animals to lay more eggs or pack on weight as fast and as cheaply as possible, but we really don't yet have a good handle on human nutrition. We find that the one size fits all model of nutrition doesn't fly, but that is the model our docs run with, for a variety of reasons. Also, people need support to rearrange their diets, again for s variety of reasons. I am so glad you all are there to provide some education and support to those of us who value our health and wish to improve our lives.

Something carnivore has taught me. First time in my life not having cravings. Previous diets had nothing but cravings, because I still wasn't getting good nutrition. But once these lies were exposed to me, it's like a veil was lifted. I see how we've been marketed into a craving mindset. That craving translates into all aspects of our lives. Nothing is ever enough. Keeping us sick and malnourished makes us better consumers and easier marketing targets to get our money. No more. The carnivore mindset is one of contentment. Their tricks are no longer effective on me. I hope others continue to see through the noise to be able to find themselves through this way of eating.

I don’t want to throw all doctors under the bus but I think most doctors are not trained to think of nutrition first. They are trained from the beginning to match up disease with medication and to be honest that’s what keeps the money rolling in. But we caused this! We have an amazing medical science in America but to fund it we have to keep the dollars rolling in and the only way to break this cycle is to change the whole way we do medicine. I don’t see this happening within my lifetime.
