Can't wait to get started, I'm an acrylic painter now. I'm looking to change things up. This is much faster and well the cool factor is awesome! Thanks for sharing what you do.
Love it! I started a bit over a month ago. I am enjoying it, but am struggling with when and where to put colors to get good effects. Also, trying to improve layering background and foreground. Also, working on using palette knife for detail. You make it look so easy! Keep up the great instructional videos.
THNAK YOU! After weeks of trying to make mountains, you finally got me to understand how to do it. I just practiced with a couple random colours on messed up pictures I tried to paint so I won't show it, it's ugly as sin but jus wanted to see if your way worked and it did. TAHNK YOU! Still have a ways to go to really master this technique but you got me going on the right path dude. Mega thanks! When I do a good one, I'll tag you on Instagram.
Thank you for this tutorial. I’m still struggling a bit with getting them to look crisp with the techniques I want to use. But practice makes progress!
Every time i watch someone paint i always have a puzzled look like “how do you even see anything in that mess?” Then the plate or lid comes off and I’m like 😱😱😱 now that’s 🔥🔥🔥
You rock...thank you. I'm all in. I'm a scenic artist...now I get to add some graffiti skills I've been lacking!! I have no Instagram...so if I can send you pics I will. I look forward to watching the next!
I've been looking into trying out spray paint art and your tutorial videos have helped a lot. I'm looking forward to trying out the techniques you used!
So glad I stumbled upon your channel! Sooo helpful. I was inspired by the guys on the streets in Vegas and had to come home and try it. Now I’m addicted! Your videos really help. Thanks!
I started a month or so ago. Really enjoy it. Id like to know if u have any advice how to create depth for someone who has no depth-perception and can't judge distance.
really helpfull video. now i know why i never do a mountain like it should be. i always mess up colours and the whole painting gets shitty. i have to practice now. how long do you shake your spray cans?? i noticed that if i shake them for 20s the paint is still not ready so i shake them about 2min but the thing gets seriously annoying if i want to use more than 4 colours cuz first few cans "go cold"
Thanks for uploading this vid! I just finished the painting, and the moon looks great! I need to work on the background and stars a bit, but I'm encouraged to keep going! :D
I'm 63 and have done 4 paintings in the last week. I tried too hard on the last one, plenty of mistakes. Your time lapse mountain painting looks amazing....show off ! Lol. Thanks for these from down under. Cheers from australia.
That is bad a--! I am just starting out and get frustrated. I am learning from your videos to be a bit more patient. Awesome stuff plus you add a bit of humor occasionally. I enjoy watching and learning.
Use dark and light green and black and that last mountain you did on the tutorial section with the white highlights would make some dope waves in an ocean at the bottom of the painting
This was awesome.. soon im going to try this. And frame them. Did your plant /moon in space for beginners on this metal guard for the heater lol. Came out shitty for the first time but i was happy with it lol.
First of all, I love your post, I learn a lot from you. But I have a qeustion. I have a empty boring white wall. Is this kind of art also possible on my wall. Because I want to work with spraypaint and as subject, just like you did. I'm thinking of mountains, plants and cacti, but also a beautifull sunset. How do I start? If it is possible ofcourse. Do you have an advise for me? Should I first practice on paper before I spray my whole wall?
Should work on your wall but you’ll need to use minimal amount of paint or you’ll be dealing with drips. Definitely practice on paper before committing you your whole wall!
from what i've been able to discern spray painting as an art and an industry derived from the art of tagging, do a search for artist spray can nozzles and you'll find nozzles for spray paint with different spray patterns as well as actual artist spray paints just for doing what you are talking about doing. just in case you are curious, artistic spray paints come in a variety of different chemical makeups including water based as wells as different pressures for more concise paint control ........
FREAKING AWESOME VIDEO. PLEASE DO MORE TUTORIALS. Also, you have a resemblance of James Vander Beek. No worries, he's cute!! 😉 Subscribed!!! I hope to be as good some day!
Why is gloss the preference to matte or satin? I prefer duller sheens myself, but I want the best effect and am willing to put my taste aside for quality. Also, would using matte or satin paints for composition, then adding a gloss clear coat at the end achieve the same look?
What kind of paper / board do you use? I’ve done many on just cheap poster board with a “glossy” side , and also used glossy paint and it seems like the paint just absorbs right into the paper and I have to work fast
Why always enamel, just curious? Your form of art is the most economical choice of creating. Seriously, when it costs 8 to 15 dollars for 1/2 oz. of liquid acrylic paint, it snuffs out the entire creative urge to 'nada', due to the sheer cost of materials needed, and will probably end up in the trash. [good time to paint over W/spray paint] Medium choice AND surface choices are incredibly expensive. I saw what you created with a poster board and black and white paint. Absolutely beautiful. Spray paint its' self, is far less costly, except for designer colors, than even tempera (finger paint) --- ridiculous. Thank you for another informative tutorial, and it was fun : )...
i am enjoying your videos but in this particular video seems you were getting distracted as was focusing on video more and was looking on your right side frequently. Having said this i am really learning from your videos. keep it up good work bro.
Samir Bhatt EVERY artist I know, including me, stays distracted. I've been a professional artist for over 20 years. Without fail, this truth is self evident

What is that little triangle looking scraper thing called and where can I find it
how well does this transfer over to say.... skateboard/longboard decks?
why right corner on the top is incomplete.
So this is done on the shiny side of the board?
How long does the spray paint last
can I still use white rust oleum?
U used plastic bag and magazine paper for texturing... Whatz d difference between using plastic bag and magazine paper regarding texturing?
Different textures, play around with different things and see what you like best. Thanks for the comment
YOU ARE FUKEN DOPE BRO
Super fucking cool
🔥🔥🔥
What do u paint on
Can I ask what kind of paper do you use?You scratch the paper with a knife but it doesnt look like damaged
Also it didnt look like shrinked by wetting with the spray
인시형 he uses poster board I believe, a good $2 a piece but I got a set of 10 for $4
can I do that on wood? I want to make it for my son that's away in the army?
Wood is tricky as the paint will absorb in. You’ll want to prime the wood before painting it
i am enjoying your videos but in this particular video seems you were getting distracted as was focusing on video more and was looking on your right side frequently.
