Hi! I recently came across your channel and love your videos. I am an LPN as well with a toddler who is not in daycare and I’ve been looking for a remote position for a while now. I have been a nurse almost 5 years now. Any tips?
Hi Shanice! So glad you found my channel ❤️. I made videos about landing a remote job. Honestly, I started my search looking for utilization review jobs on indeed, then I started to discover other remote job titles for LPNs that I would tweek my resume to apply for. Just keep applying to as many jobs as you see, that's my best advice! 👌🏾 I've shared remote jobs in the past as well. Be on the look out for those in the future! Good luck to you and you can email me if you have any specific questions: Signedemma@gmail.com th-cam.com/video/3-rKbNfiW-o/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/WIKkZTbjM1I/w-d-xo.html
Hi I am a fellow LPN, I just subscribed to your channel. I love all of the nursing information you give. How did you get your wfh position as a Care Coordinator?
Hi Lynn, so glad you found my channel, Welcome! I actually have a video sharing details about how I landed my remote position. Here is the link to it: th-cam.com/video/WIKkZTbjM1I/w-d-xo.html
I’m being offered a night gig like this exactly how you explain it. How are we supposed to call patients and stuff at 4pm-2am? It’s so confusing the way i was offered the job, I’m still confused how were supposed to do an assessment and care for them in a way we do in bed side. 200 patients seems like a lot to monitor, how does legality work and how do you get to each patient without loosing it lol? Patients with bp in the 200s if they don’t respond to your calls, can you call ems? I’m wanting to do this but I’m worried that the hours will effect my mental, cause 4pm to 2am seems wack😢
Hi, I would definitely encourage you to follow up with your hiring manager about it the questions and concerns you have! Sounds to me it's a monitoring job for after hours? Yes monitoring that many patients can be a lot, be with learned time management it's doable. It's definitely different nursing from bedside!
