      Thanks Tawanda! What job did you enjoy the most as an LPN??

      @@SignedEmma I really enjoyed LTC. I have a true passion for the geriatric population. I was thoroughly entertained when I worked as a Methadone Nurse during my LPN days, and I fell in love with Home Health Nursing as a LPN😁

    I gave up with becoming a nurse. I couldn’t pass my science pre req. I do better in computer classes then science classes. I have caregiving experience instead of experience in technology. Plus my grandma passed away sept 2022 that really hit me hard. I don’t think I’m smart enough to be a nurse. I give up. Im a teacher and barely making it. I still want to be a nurse my anatomy and physiology class has me stressed out. So I had to withdraw from it. 😢 that class made me feel like a failure.

      Kayla, I totally understand what you mean. I've repeated science course QUITE A FEW TIMES myself. They're challenging and do require dedication to study for them. I also have to repeat them AGAIN to continue my education as they've experied. So I feel you 100%. But never give up on yourself, if this is what you really want. Don't waste your life doing something you're not passionate about! SO TRY AGAIN UNTIL YOU SUCCEED ❤️

      @@SignedEmma I am taking the class again in 2024 at my community college. And I’m taking it by itself. Cause being a teacher ain’t it for me. Thank you for the encouragement.

    Hi 😊 i know most people who go for LVN or LPN they're passing by to become a RN later but what if someone wants to stop as LVN or LPN why do people keep pressure on you to become RN ? Like meeting with my college career counselor to become travel nurse you have to be rn but i seen google jobs as lvn who r travel nurses as well specially in California. She was giving me insight better to become rn but what if i just want to do lvn i have fall in love with job settings they have as basic nurses i want to go to college for it with associate degree i do understand pay is different when comes comparing rn or lvn but i am ok with that what is the deal why people keeping pressuring on lvn to be rn ? Will you be kind to clear the air with it ? Thank you for making this video

      Hi, first I want to say that people will always have an opinion on what they think you should do. To also validate their point, becoming an RN does open up more doors and opportunities (higher pay being one of them). But if being an LPN is your only goal, then do what's best for you. Be smart about the type of work that you do and always make sure that you are able to sustain a decent living with your pay (years experience and work experience will allow that). There are many nurses who stop at LPN, and there's nothing wrong with that. And the best part about all of this is, if ever down the road you decide to further your education, you CAN. It's up to YOU! Good luck with your journey and remember that only you know what's best for you 💜

    I got confused ,CNA ,LpN,Rn whats all that . I only know CNA how do you move up the ladder ?

      @SignedEmma  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, LPN & RN are nursing titles (Both require attending a nursing program and a license). A CNA is a nursing assistant.

    Do primary/urgent care clinic hire LPNs or mainly just MAs?

    • @SignedEmma
      @SignedEmma  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, Yes! You can find LPNs in those settings. My first LPN job was at a primary clinic and I know someone who works in urgent care!

      Hi, It depends if your employer requires it

    Do you think the duties of a lvn are good and reasonable and do rns bully lvns

    • @SignedEmma
      @SignedEmma  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi, I think duties depend on the setting you work in. Same goes for nurse bullying, it really depends on the people you work with- you can experience bullying from fellow LPNs, RNs, Doctors, really doesn't matter who it is.
