This video saved me hundreds of dollars in a service call. Turned out there was an ice buildup in the Evaporator Fan Assembly. Simply chiseled out the ice with a screwdriver, and now my Fridge is quiet again. Thanks so much.

I opened up the back panel and checked the fan etc and found that it was one single cable rattling. Moved it to a better location and the buzzing stopped. Nice and quiet last night. I took the opportunity to clean out all the collected dust too. Thanks for the video.
Thank you! I just want to know if any of these issues are dangerous/hazardous in any way? The noise doesn't bother me but I just want to make sure the fridge is overall safe! Thank you!

...Or maybe your Condenser Fan Blade made of cheap plastic has totally disintegrated back to primary elements. Mine obliterated itself. $16 later and some time, and my Fridge runs silently and efficiently. :)

Excellent video. I was able to isolate the noise to a evaporator motor which I can replace. Like the calm and quiet presentation. Thanks!!

we bought a new frigidaire freg and it makes a really loud whistling sound. its louder from the freezer. theres no ice maker in it
