Golden drink in morning - 1tsp Turmeric pwd, 1 pinch pepper powder, regular milk or almond milk or soya milk Drink of Gods after lunch - Buttermilk Magical drink before sleeping - Cows milk
Eight years ago I have saved my sister's live by advising her to drink Turmeric combined with some other spices, after the doctors sent her home because they could not save her from dying within two months. Today, still she is alive and kicking and even smokes! The doctor at the hospital said that in his 40 years spanning career he has never witnessed such a case.
Thank you very, very much for your extremely valuable input. It is our sacred duty to carry out the dissemination of this knowledge handed over by our forefathers. A child who takes turmeric powder in the appropriate manner is invincible against numerous deadly diseases including cancer. God bless you!
Please keep in mind that all these drinks he is talking about is if they are in their natural form. Most soy is GMO so make sure you have a non-GMO soy milk. The milk from Jersey and Holstein varieties of cows are not natural because they are not wild species and don't have the amino acid profile of the wild types. Furthermore, the way in which the cow lived has an impact on the energetic qualities of the milk.
Yes, indian cows are smaller and have a hump on the back /between their shoulders. This is a different type of cow then western breeds. Which makes a huge difference in the quality of the milk. Before the pandemic, I lived in South India for a while in an Ayurveda Ashram. This was what they explained to me: The Indian cow has the ability to defend against parasites and diseases in the harsh environment they are living. They don't produce as much as milk then western cows. Hence milk is considered to use wisely. see, western males drink 1 Liter milk per day without any doubt, this is an unbelievable and unwise thing to do in India. Milk is considered a meal, not just a drink. And we should consider it with respect.
Thank you Sir for reminding us about our traditional way of good healthy drinks! Three- fourths cup milk mixed with quarter cup water and beaten till it forms a froth. This should be sipped slowly to make the digestion of milk easier and and to make this drink tastier even without sugar. Also for some people, excess of curcumin (in turmeric) causes constipation and so the quantity of turmeric and black pepper in the morning drink should be regulated based on the constitution of the individual. This is my personal experience.
The problem is we all use only the commercial milk with preservative to last a week, the stabiliser and so forth. Actually we dont get cow's milk in the market and the dairies do not supply organic milk from animals fed wth healthy fodder free from fetilizer and pesticide residues.

Thank you for your valuable query. According to Indian traditions, there is no blanket ban on consumption of milk during the day. What you consume and when you consume have to be decided after a holistic analysis and evaluation of the individual, his circumstances, his needs, and his priorities.
Not sure I agree with the methodology mentioned to pepare golden drink. Turmeric and pepper needs to be mixed in water and heated in low flame for sometime to prepare a thick decoction and then milk needs to be added. This will ensure that the curcumin which is the active ingredient in turmeric will be bio available, especially with pepper powder ensuring that the absorption is taken care of...turmeric powder directly added to milk will not help!
Good query! Certainly, provided the sweetener is added in limited quantities, and you do not have a family history of diabetes, or are prone to it in any other manner. Thank you!
What's the difference between milk and buttermilk? Cow's milk is a fresh dairy product. Buttermilk is a fermented liquid that's created by culturing and fermenting milk products or by straining off the liquid that results from churning butter. Furthermore, Turmeric is Cúrcuma in Spanish and cow's milk is the regular dairy product we take. 🙏💫
In the olden days, cows that gave milk were part of every household until they dry up and are donated away to temples to let these beautiful animals live their rest of their lives peacefully; now, they are slaughtered including calves, and fake calves are placed next to a cow thats inseminated as many times to get maximum milk production, these animals suffer tremendously as we drink their milk in the current cycle followed everywhere. I do not see how our body and spirit are connected as we become passively complicit to inhuman practices. Cow’s milk purity and value is undeniable, but milk from an animal that suffers enormously in the modern day may not yield the desires effect.
It certainly does. It arrests further decline, and over a period of time, works towards improvement. It is not a substitute for medication, and can be used along with the regular medication that the patient is taking. Thank you for your query.
Coconut oil is very helpful for dementia. A nurse reversed her husband's dementia by giving a teaspoon of cold press, organic coconut oil four times a day.
You do have a point. One tablespoon is the maximum. One teaspoon is a tad too little. Ultimately, the quantum has to be determined after factoring in all the inputs pertaining to the particular case. Thank you!

Thank you for your query. You certainly can take both simultaneously. But you should proceed very carefully and cautiously. If you are new to these therapies, kindly start off with significantly smaller quantities. In fact, I have already added a clarification in the description box to the effect that those have not taken turmeric powder before and / do not have such a tradition in their families should take only one teaspoon of turmeric powder. One tablespoon is the very maximum. Both therapies together may have a laxative effect on the system. So, I repeat, proceed very carefully and cautiously. All the best!
