I am a qualified Nutritionist and I work with clients every week to help them lose/gain weight. I help people with sports nutrition, intolerance, meal plans, dietary condition etc. I studied for 4 years in Dublin institute of technology (DIT) I got a Bachelor of science honers degree in Nutriton. I have a diploma in Nutrition which I got in 2013 and a Higher diploma in sports nutrition which I received in 2015.

I never wear gloves while sleeping and they don't fall off
I just wanted to say that the numbers on the nail things to measure out are actually sticky gel stickers that you can use instead of the glue :)

Pretty nails, girls if you want them to look more natural, file the edge that goes against your cuticle to fit your nails shape , and use a little less glue. If you are not a perfectionist though, just glue them on like this.

@Bløød Sůgar she did say you soak them in warm water to take it off.
The little package that 'tells you the size of the nails' is actually a package full of adhesive tabs that you can apply inside each nail and then apply that nail on top of your own nail, if you prefer to use that instead of the glue!!
My sister just bought nails from this same brand and gave me the smaller ones. I love It! Such a good brand, even comes with something to take off your nails without damaging them!
Make sure you remove them after a week (maximum limit) and use base coat before applying fake nails make a lot easier and when taking off dip them in Luke warm water for a minute and remove them. Make sure you slide the nails forward and not just directly peel it, it makes it easier
Indeed but some say it is bad when taking it off because they rip it off,you need to dip your fingers in acetone i think to make the glue get not as tough.But they stay on long if you know how to apply it too!

Buff your natural nail using 180 grit nail file the glue and nail will adhere better and last longer and cut your natural nail to the fingertip.
When I did the nails it lasted 3 weeks

I just bought a set of nails from this brand today, these are amazing quality. The glue is very strong. I am 11 years old, I have always been asking for acrylics, but my mum has always said no. I was in the shops today when I come across this brand , and I pointed them let to my mum and she bought them me, the ones that I purchased are a clear/nude base with silver glitter at the tip , these are so beautiful nails and I defiantly recommend these to anyone that is confused of what type of nail to get. I have had a great first experience with this brand of nails , and from now on I know that I won't have to get acrylics, I can just purchase a pack of nails from this brand. I also love how inexpensive they are but such yet amazing quality 😍

Yeah I agree. The kiss nail glue is SO AMAZING! My friend put it on me, and when I took the nails off, there was some residue. But that lasted up until I put nail polish remover on my nails (my real ones).

This popped up under how to fix a fake nail cause the paint job got jacked up. I tried to take them off with non acetone nail polish remover (I have no acetone based nothing in my house) yet I tried soaking them in for 30-40 minutes like the article said but instead I got my shit fucked up.

I even use super glue (with other glue it won't stick but with super glue it lasts for 2-3 h)
